The UPS Store

The customer service at this UPS store is phenomenal! I have come in many times for Amazon returns and shipping things overseas to family. I am always greeted by friendly employees who provide quick and efficient service. This is by far my favorite place for any shipping or mailing needs.

Very friendly people work here. My daughter brought me here to have a document notarized and the owners were kind and patient. My daughter says she passes other UPS stores and FedEx stores to come to this one because of the great customer service. I think that says a lot.

I recently visited the UPS store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mital P. Her customer service was exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. She was knowledgeable about the services, efficient in handling my package, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. I left feeling confident that my shipment was in good hands. Thank you, Mital P, for providing such outstanding service!

I highly recommend this UPS store! I go out of my way to deal with the associates, Mital and Matt. They're efficient, friendly, and ensure you're in and out in a jiffy. Fantastic service every time.

Sid and his team were professional and polite. Everything you want in a UPS store. The store is on the smaller end but a convenient and efficient stop right off Rockville Pike.

I misread their closing time, and when I went, Matt and Freddie were so kind to stay open for me! They are not only kind, they are reliable too! Thank you Matt and Freddie!

Matt was fast and friendly, offered shipping box and copied my torn shipping label for better legibility. Also reminded me to take the batteries out of my device.

Went to this location for notary services with my 2 little kids in tow. They handled my documents quickly, were kind and friendly to my kids who were quite literally rolling on the floor (and gave them lollipops to boot!), and they also had scanning services which I didn't know they had. This meant I got all my stuff done in one visit- signing, scanning to my email and mailing. Super thankful for the great service.

Love this UPS store. I arrived thinking I did not have to pack my Amazon return. Matt & Mitel were so helpful and help me pack all items at no charge. Great Store!!!

We got there with a very big and heavy delivery which was in mess. Not only did the staff and manager were extremely patient with us, they walked us through the all process, helped us re-pack the delivery and made sure everything was in order. Overall, they saved us a lot of time and money.

Cannot recommend them enough.

It is always a pleasure to go to this UPS because of the good service we receive! The staff is very welcoming and retain your names and preferences. We feel privileged. I especially appreciate the African American lady who works there. In addition to being super beautiful and polite, she is kind and very professional.

I needed three fairly large heavy speakers picked up packaged and delivered so I contacted this place. They handled my needs flawlessly and came in under their cost estimate saving me some money. They could of easily charged me the original amount but put forth the effort too bring down the cost. I can’t say enough nice things about the people I dealt with from this location.

I accidentally brought in a FedEx shipping label for a return and the man behind the counter help pack it for me, free of charge. Great people at this location

I frequent this location often, and every time I'm there, I receive quality customer service. Even with a line, staff take the time to acknowledge everyone as they walk through the door. Staff are professional and friendly. Anthony knows his job well and is great at multitasking! I will not go to another location, they've found a customer for life.

Although I am almost always just dropping off a prepaid package for return, the staff here are always polite and helpful. Today, I somehow managed to print the wrong Amazon return label, and the staff person explained my mistake and offered to help me fix it right then.

Have used this location on a weekly basis. Have found staff polite, friendly and very helpful. Won't be going to the other UPS stores on Rockville Pike even though some are closer to me!
