It was great. My first time. Offer was the same as given online. Took a bit of waiting time till they checked car out, present final offer (which was the same) and then get check. But it wasn't bad time. When they finalized all with check and returned my plates, they had also put my EZPass I had forgotten to remove and a pair of clip on sunglasses from very old glasses (where in world had they found those? I had cleaned and checked car multiple times. Ha) they even helped to put my new plates on my newer car. Awesome place. Awesome service.

I had a great experience at Carmax. I did a lot of the work online before coming in. I made sure the car was there, and also got an online quote form y trade-in. Upon arrival, they checked out my car and honored the offer they made, I test drove the Camry I bought, and was in and out in 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend. As for the car, so far so good. It's been two weeks and I'm happy with it thus far.

The entire process of selling car to CarMax has been easy and quick. I was able to make an appointment after accepting my appraisal and uploading some files. The entire appointment took about an hour, maybe a little over. The staff there were very helpful and friendly, they told me exactly where I need to wait and where they are in the process. The final offering price was the same as what they appraised, which was a pleasantly surprise because they did not bait me. After accepting the offer and signing some paperworks, I walked away with the check. I'd say if you want to sell your car, definitely check out CarMax.

How often when selling your old car as trade in and purchasing a newer car does everything work smoothly, the trade in value is fair, the price is right and the newer car is exactly as described? Well CarMax delivered on all counts. I could not be more pleased.

I had no issues with test driving the car, presenting my financing, although my credit union had to clear up an issue and receiving my vehicle when it was time to pick it up. I would return if I needed another car.

This was by far my best experience with trading in and buying. It offers the no-nonsense, no haggling that online companies offer but with an in person review of the car options, questions answered and and test drive. The nice new building with easy access off the highway and parking made things even easier. I highly recommend this place.

Well its been literally years since I actually did business here. However I was in a wierd pinch and was able to get in touch with a fella called Lorenz in the business department. He was able to work through their system and dig up a decade old file and help me out. He was professional and courteous and if I ever had to go back, I'd be happy to work with him.

Very relaxed experience, no one is pushing you or advertising the cars. You can just walk around and see it yourself and schedule test drive any time you like. Buying process is also very quick

I had a smooth experience selling my car at CarMax. I drove in my car for sale and took my online offer to the business office window. They encouraged me to make sure nothing personal is left and then took my keys. It is a process because they look for my car in the lot and do their added appraisal. They confirmed the condition of the car matched my description and honored the online offer. They had me share my car title and registration, and they returned to me the registration card and license plates for the vehicle and I signed the vehicle over. In all, it took a few hours, but it was quite painless, with no hoops to jump through. No extra fees or anything. They issued me a check that just can't be deposited online, but an ATM or branch is fine. It was all settl d in a day.

Carmax gave me better price than dealer. So I sold it here and purchased my new car at dealership. It was $1500 more than dealer!

Their works are fast and good. But I want to write something else here as a souvenir: I sold my first car, a Ford Mustang. It's been with me since the first year I came to America. After the officer gave me the check, I walked out the door to take a taxi home, but I was suddenly very sad because I didn't see my car in the parking lot. I knew I would never see it again in my life, and in a few days I would be heading back to my hometown in China, where the congested streets made it impossible for me to buy another Mustang. I don't like to leave my traces on social software, so leave my nostalgia for it in this comment, this trace is difficult to be found, just as the sadness in my heart will not be known by others.

Lili is such a wonderful person. She was so kind and friendly. She wasn't even in my area, but she directed me to the right person I should speak to and he was great too. But she was so bright it made my day better.
