They need better communication with the staff. I asked the front desk earlier this morning to give me a late check out please. And it seems he didn’t put in the system because I had to remind the front desk later on. I had staff going in my room several times. First the housekeeping after I was clear I was coming back. And later the engineer. Who I heard being unprofessional in the hallway talking about me. Idc I just don’t think he gets paid to put on that type of show.
Overall this hotel saved my wife and I the long night that awaited us. As their prices are somewhat better than we expected. We’re hoping for our deposit sometimes these things never seem to come back from hotels.

We were in a getaway with my husband for our anniversary. We reserved the hotel, I was very surprised for the quality of the room. Very fancy and clean. The price was really good and the person in the front desk was really nice and friendly. When we checked in we got a complimentary cookie which was delicious. I also liked the gym which was really spacious and it has different machines.

The location served my purpose. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the hotel actually smelled nice. Front desk wasn't stingy with the complimentary cookies The only issue I had was that the lights in the room was too dim.

We were impressed by the staff and their quick and friendly response. Huge shoutout to Timothy. We arrived early the day we booked, without a hustle he made sure that our rooms are ready. We drove 12 hours from Chicago and he Timothy has the right sense of hospitality. Thank you!

Probably the nicest hotel I've been in, in years. And actually very well priced! Can't say a single negative thing about the place except no free breakfast,uhh, like pretty much every other hotel in the country. Super nice folks working here. It's definitely stay again

I came here to stay a single night for a work trip. Working a solid, long and exhaustive day, I walked in to this hotel and was so impressed. Check in process was smooth. The hotel's cleanliness and presentation was breathtaking. I felt like I was entering a high-class establishment. The service of the staff matched this meticulous attention to detail that provided such an impressive visage. I must call out to a special staff member. Timothy went above and beyond to reach to me during my short time to ensure that I felt safe, cared for and at home for my time here. My experience was so pleasant, i cannot recommend it highly enough. I didn't want to leave!!

Comfortable stay, friendly front desk, indoor/outdoor pool in the summer. Pool was heated in the winter indoors. Breakfast area is nice and the lobby area served as a nice meeting are for friends.

I stayed here on a recent trip while visiting friends. It’s close enough to the center and convenient to visit the MD&DC. Very clean and staff was friendly, the price is reasonable and mattress is comfortable. If you also have the Hilton rewards member app you can check in on there and choose your own room and floor. I would love to rebook a stay here when I come back..

September 2023 - Amazing hotel staff and the recent renovations are outstanding. I was there for three (3) nights for business but would love to come back just to explore the property (and be spoiled by the hotel staff, smiling softly). Mrs. Rosalind McCollough, Director of Sales and Marketing is a true leader and extremely professional.

I loved the room I received with my girlfriend, sadly we only spent 1 night prior leaving due to having to work the following day. I drove from New York to this hotel to visit family. Once leaving I noticed a second charge I figured it was a mistake and waited only to realize I was charged for 2 nights. I called back and spoke to the main manager and he took care of my issue, I felt he was being nice and understanding and refunded me for the mistake that was made. I'll definitely go back knowing that if a problem occurs it'll be taken care of without having the need to argue and have a discussion of this and that. 👍

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the whole building is beautiful. The room was stunning and spotless. Everything was upgraded and felt luxurious. We needed some help with our TV. We couldn’t get our Roku stick to work. Then we forgot the remote. We went back home, brought the remote back, and it still didn’t work. We went down to the front desk, and asked for advice before we left again to get batteries. We were celebrating our anniversary and really didn’t want to leave for a second time. The gentleman at the desk, Timothy, told us to wait while he looked around for some batteries. He ended up finding some for us! We also then needed more pillows and they gave us the option of down or regular. The service was just amazing and everyone was so friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. They have the lowest rates around, the lowest pet fee, and we even got a balcony! Balconies anywhere else were $100 to $150 extra.

The hospitality was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great but a little pricey.

I realized that Full breakfast, but it is Buffet style. So, the reception staff informed that only the scrambled eggs is served. However, I want to the restaurant around 9:45am, and a kitchen staff heard about our conversation above and offered mee the turn over-medium that I wanted to eat. I really appreciate such hospitality to the guest.

This place was amazing. They give you complementary cookie right at check in and the room's were 𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨. I recommend a double window room because the view is gorgeous and so pretty at golden hour.

Very nice hotel. Updated and modern. Rooms were clean. For some reason there were no ice machines. Had to get ice from the front desk. But everything else was great. Staff were very polite and accommodating. This is my second year staying with them and would definitely come back again.

We love it in the Double tree in Gaithersburg MD . Timothy and Steven when excellent to us gave curiosity and kindness. They made our stay fabulous . Thank you again.❤❤❤
