My go-to spot for tools, lumber, hardware, and appliances. Conveniently located at the intersection of Georgia and Connecticut, this place has just about everything. There's a great selection of plants, trees, and shrubs in the nursery too. Employees are helpful if you can't immediately find what you're looking for, so don't hesitate to ask.

This was my first time picking up my order from the" lockers". It was easy peasy. No waiting in line and no waiting for available staff.
The only NoNo was doing the transaction after hours. As with everything, be aware of your surroundings or have a hulk for security! Over all it was a great experience.

This evening I went to this store to buy a plywood. After selecting it, I went to the area so I could cut it. I realized that there was no opportunity to cut the plywood as the machinery was out of service, due to technical problems. Here I had the great pleasure of meeting Marsha, an employee who works here. I found great helpfulness, kindness, professionalism and a truly affable way in which she helped me. Marsha is definitely a great employee. Thank you again Marsha.

The manager is very good and stopped to help me on several occasions. Many a time an employee will say, "Let's walk over there so I can help you find what you need." They have a large inventory of items. I've purchased vanity cabinets, sinks, faucets, screwdrivers, wrenches, lights/light bulbs, toilets, flooring, thresholds, and so much more. The other day a drill.

I know the manager also works pretty hard at ensuring customers and staff are safe. The lumber isles were incredibly free of sawdust. (Yes, I actually checked.)

Every time I've been there the store was pretty clean. Kudos—because the restroom was one of the cleanest of any HD. Going there tomorrow.

Though—Georgia Ave side could use a better lit sign!

I love the Home Depot because it has the materials that you need and there’s Christmas trees that you can get so big and sell lights there and there’s so beautiful

This review is for Aspen Hill. I spoke to Shawn an awesome manager. Who not only made sure I got my questions answered. He gave me a call back and physically walked to the aisle that I needed. Made sure that the rental I needed is available. Now that is what I called excellent customer service. Thank you being so helpful in my experience.

This is a great Great Home Depot. The customer service is good they have people loading, plenty of stock, friendly service. Just employees willing to work and be helpful.

I have nothing but super-positive praise for Home Depot in Aspen Hill. Two managers there, Jose and Carlene, are superb. Jose realized that an error had been made by an employee on an order I'd placed online. Jose went out of his way to not only correct the problem, but to give me extra help by arranging free overnight FedEx shipping to deliver the products I had expected to receive.

When I called to get help with a second, related order, Carlene handled it so professionally. She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, when I needed it. I requested curbside service, and she even sent a courteous employee out to make sure I got the correct product for my particular needs.

While I was sitting outside in my car for the curbside service, I couldn't help but notice that this store is thriving. There was a constant stream of customers coming and going. The place is alive with evidence of excellent management and enthusiasm for serving customers. Also, everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the particular products I needed. Great people to deal with and a well-managed store!

I want to bring to attention one of your employees, Dayon, who’s customer service stood out. He helped me find an order today and made sure to stay with me until I had my problem figured out. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and kind - and I think there should be more people like him. In addition, Herman at checkout is extremely cordial and kind. Two great employees!!!!

I was helped by 5 employees today to help answer questions and track down a product that had been relocated in the last week. Someone also came to help load my truck with mulch probably seeing I had an energetic 2 year old with me.

Busy place, good customer service, ask anyone will help you to find things are.

They do a good job at keeps products organized as many know, most home depot locations have products all over the price with no prices and it is hard to get in touch with someone to do a price check but this location doesn't have this problem. Even though the lines can be long, there is a decent amount of staff members working to keep the line flowing so your wait.time is not that long. This visit I have to not that the cashier that handled my check out shared with me the discount program home depot offer and I have able to safe a little money of my purchase and she was friendly. This is world class customer service.

I have a soft spot in my heart for this Home Depot. Back in 1996, shortly after they opened, my 19 year old cat died. I called them because I wanted a box to bury him in. The manager said they would construct the box, cut the lid and have it and a box of nails waiting for me at the front desk. When I arrived he rang me up so I could leave quickly. He was so nice. I have used this store ever since and there are always people to help you! Thank you Home Depot!

Was there today and got a lot of help with my shopping. Few guys helped me to find stuffs. At customer service, a lady worked hard to print a receipt from another store. Then she called someone else to print the receipt. They were having hard time to print it because it was from Germantown store, but never gave up. Then, they gave me an alternative, which was fine. All the employees were wearing masks. Only one employee had it down while he was talking with a customer who had no mask. I saw some customers were not wearing masks and I didn't like it at all. They shouldn't be allowed in the store. Anyway, sincere thanks to all the employees who made my shopping easy.

This review is specifically for the the very helpful fellow Tony G. who was working at the paint desk. I ordered Lead Defender paint online, and had it shipped to the store. I had read beforehand that I could also have it tinted for free at the store. I went in on a Saturday, and despite being very busy, Tony G. took the time to figure out how to properly tint my special paint despite the fact that it wasn't in their system, and required manipulating the mixing formula while also juggling many other customers. I appreciated not only his helpfulness, but also his patience and good humor. Hopefully management at the store realizes his value as an employee and gives him a raise sometime soon.

This store limped into the pandemic understocked and weak, but they survived it, and now they seem to be finding their way back to their 2010 fullness. I've noticed the help is considerably friendlier, although, like everywhere else, they're understaffed. The employees are helpful, always busy, and expeditious. This store is not as big and pretty as other, much less shopped Home Depots like the one in Berlin, MD (why?!). But, it's still better than Lowe's.
