Autumn Sky Outfitters

Went into autumn sky for the first time yesterday driving down from
Hanover PA after seeing all of the posts on Facebook about the shop and was not disappointed though I didn’t purchase anything during my visit I will for sure be back to get my new sight and rest set up from them great selection and the staff was very friendly soon as I walked in asked if I needed any help and were very nice they are getting recommendations from me to all of my friends

Went to Autumn Sky Outfitters with the intent to shoot some bows to see which one I like. The sales staff was patient with me and help me with different bow makes and models.

I ended up going with the Mathews Vx33 and I’m so happy I did. The sales staff answered all of my questions about the bow. They even took me to their indoor range to get my sights sighted in.

I went to the local range today and this bow is shooting darts. I’m so happy with my bow and the experience I got at Autumn Sky Outfitters. I highly recommend them!!!

Can’t say enough good things about the owner and the staff. A must stop for any hunting or archery need. Extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. Great prices, excellent selection of product, and all around great local customer service.

I brought my son in to have a bow adjusted that he got from his Grandfather. The gentleman that helped him was very nice and took the time to show my son the proper form, etc. The bow needed a few minor adjustments and they did a great job.

Customer service is on point. I refuse to go anywhere else.
Update: Bought my first bow here years ago and have since began learning to work on my own bow, arrows, sights, rests, etc. I call frequently to ask questions and they always field my questions and provide the help/insight I need. That level of customer service is something I have not found any where else.

The staff at Autumn Sky are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to many in the region, and they are now first in my book. They went over and beyond what I needed help with on my bow at no extra charge. By far the best archery shop around. I am a couple years new to Maryland, and I am definitely going to be a lifetime customer to this shop.

I went to Autumn Sky Outfitters on the recommendation of a few friends. I was not happy with a big name archery company in Lancaster, PA so I made the trip down to Autumn Sky. They took over an hour to fix all the tuning issues I had from a different shop. I don't think I'll ever need to go to another bow shop again. If you're anywhere close to this place it is well worth a visit.

My family and I have been more than pleased with the service and knowledge. Customer service is top notch and the ambience is perfect!! My daughter and I love our new bows and I am comfortable in the fact that no matter what questions or concerns we may have, they will be addressed quickly and accurately!

Awesome shop with great techs. Larry took the time to set me up with a new bow and didn't take any shortcuts. Very thorough job done right. The entire staff was friendly and they had a great selection to choose from.

Just bought my first kayak here and will be back to buy another. The guys here are awesome down to earth people and very helpful and knowledgeable. To their time with me and let me sit in the kayak to make sure it was a good fit and helped me load it on the car! I was going to go to one of the corporate places and spend my money but now I’m glad I didn’t and helped out a small business! You guys have my business for all my fishing/ kayaking needs!

I cant say enough how great the service, the knowledge, and the amazing help they put into everyone who walks through that door. I am a full time supporter and customer to Autumn sky for the rest of my life. I will not go anywhere else but here. Thanks again for all the time and effort you guys but into giving your customer the knowledge, professionalism to this art. I got a bow from bass pro and took it to them, they laughed at how it was set up and helped me to the fullest to get back out there with the right equipment and knowledge I need to be a better archer. Being new to hunting, I couldn't have picked a better place to buy my bow. The staff at Autumn Sky was very helpful in choosing what I needed for my setup. Very patient, super friendly guys with a great sense of humor.

Great couples class ! Found it on Groupon -definitely worth the drive from Baltimore. The instructor (older white man) was awesome. He really helped me perfect my stance and I beat my boyfriend. He was a great instructor and really encouraged us, made many jokes, and shared great short stories.

I would definitely go again.

Best Pro shop in Harford County. These guys go way beyond the extra mile to help. I bought a bow from them 3 years ago and was blown away by the service. They really know what they are doing when it comes to customer service. They explain everything during every step of the way no matter what you need or how much you spend. You will not be disappointed if you visit them.

Drove over an hour to purchase a bow. Had exactly what they told me they did. Set it up for me. Installed my rest, sight, and quiver. Acted like I was the only customer in the shop and answered every question that I had. I will drive the hour plus to the shop every time. Worth my time. OUTSTANDING ARCHERY SHOP!!!!

This was my first time at the shop and I was very impressed with the service. Matt was great! He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a bow that was good for me. I highly recommended this shop for anyone who is new to bow hunting or experienced.

I came to here as someone trying to get back into hunting after having not even pulled a bow back for several years. I brought in a second hand bow that needed a little bit of work. Every employee I worked with explained every step of the process to me and the work was even completed ahead of schedule. Can't say enough good things about Autumn Sky and their staff. Looking forward to future visits.

Outstanding service, great techs, very knowledgeable and professional. Bright in my bow for some much needed service, and they did an incredible job with it. Will absolutely be back.

I couldn't speak more highly of Autumn Sky.... After waiting 4-5 frustrating months for another nearby shop (Deer creek) to put new strings on my bow I ended up pulling it from the shop and taking it to Autumn Sky on a Saturday evening. Don & Larry made my strings over the weekend and had my bow ready for pick up Monday morning.

If you're debating between Deer Creek, Autumn Sky or different shops in the Harford county area - going with Autumn Sky is a no brainer.
