CVS

This is an amazing store. The staff are all very knowledgeable in how to best customer save money. The store inventory constantly gets renewed .If you use CVS app, the deals and rewards and coupons are out of this place .I went in today and bought a Kerastase color shampoo, 2 Physicians Formula serum, a bottle of Aussie 3 minute miracles and another Aussie hair mask for a grand total of $88 and some change . After all the coupons are applied, my grand total came to be $33.60 . The color shampoo alone was $42.99 .
My cashier was patient, and thorough .Not every CVS is equal.

Only on the manager. I was looking for a specific item reportedly in stock at Twin Trails....which has a new manager who mostly whined about how his predecessor failed to keep stuff on shelves. 4S Commons also did not have the item, but the manager took time to find out where I could find it....eventually at Carmel Mountain. So kudos to the 4S manager for customer attention.

I have been with this pharmacy for many years.
I have moved to Escondido, Poway, and now RB.

I refuse to switch.

Their staff genuinely care about my children and I.
Prescriptions are filled and ready when they promise them.

The staff here are awesome!

Customer service took very long, had to go through 3 people and ended up talking to the manager. Luckily, the manager was nice.

Very busy, good drive through, usually on top of things, good stock, friendly. Try the CVS app.

Nice newer store

Typically busy anytime I've been there. The store is quite large & has a great selection. The store associates are friendly, but the pharmacy is a whole other world. A majority of the pharmacy staff at this location are extremely rude & condescending. They talk down to customers & act as if they are being inconvenienced. I would think that if you're going to work in a Healthcare career, patience & compassion should be some of your more redeeming qualities. Doesn't seem to be the case here.

I wish I could give this CVS a better rating but this location is incredibly understaffed. Especially the pharmacy! Prescriptions are filled at warp speed but it takes 20+ minutes to pick up.
