Starbucks

Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and friendly staff. I love coming to this location for my coffee. I've also used their drive thru many times on my way into work early mornings, always super timely and quick. Photo is of the lobby after the remodel that was done last winter.

Convenient location with both fine in and drive through options. We did dine in so we could use the bathroom which was clean and there was no wait.

The Drive thru folks are always amazing and kind and honestly so cheerful! I love this one!

This is the best, most efficient Starbucks with the best and most friendly staff. All the baristas here deserve a raise.

this is the only drive-through Starbucks in Petaluma. Great service great staff and of course yummy coffee drinks.

My dog Rosie got her first Puppuccino, which was new to me. Starbucks gives whipped cream in a cup as a courtesy to customers as a treat for their dogs. Rose loved it! ❤

Sophie and Gloria were supper helpful and friendly. I have not had such experience in any other Starbucks. I'll give them more stars if possible for their costumer attention.

I come 5 days a week twice a day and only come to this location now. The best customer service. Super friendly and positive energy. I have to say though Dustin really stood out and went about and beyond with a little issue. He was so fast to fix it and was glad to do it. Liz as well today. You will not leave this location unsatisfied the staff is just incredible and clean upbeat environment

One of my favorite locations in town. Staff are always friendly despite them always being super busy. I commend them! I always get a pup cup for my doggy.

I'm a regular at the Starbucks and the staff here is exceptional! They even know it's you when you go through the drive-thru 😊

I've been coming to different Starbucks locations for over 15 years and today I was blown away by the incredible customer service of Mya at the window. I typically always use the drive thru at this location and she was able to recognize my car and memorize my order which has never happened to me at any drive thru establishment before. Without a doubt will be coming back to this location just for the customer service.

By far the best Starbuck’s service I have ever received! Saw there was a new item on your menu with Pistachio. Sounded intriguing so I asked the barista if she had tried it. She gave me a recommendation and went out of her way to give me a separate sample of the pistachio cold foam to try and an addition to my drink to add a little more flavor. The drink is delicious and her service was beyond incredible. I wish I got her name. Also, we were two hours from home and they let us use the restroom- so many places are not allowing that right now. We were so grateful! Thank you to this Starbucks for your amazing service!

This is the only Starbucks drive-thru in Petaluma. I like the friendly staff. It's always a pleasure to stop by every morning for egg bites and a grande chocolate cream cold brew before heading to work. I love that they add lots of ice in my cold brew - yum!

This location is always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful! Meagan especially is VERY good at what she does as even in the instance of a line she keeps it moving with ease!
The only complaint is two older guys sitting in the front windows early in the morning throwing the "F" bomb around like they're in a bar instead of a coffee Shoppe. Sadly that's how it is these days, no class!

Great staff, great drinks and a very busy establishment. I dont frequent it as much now, because the drink prices have continued to rise. I get it, inflation. Drought, etc.
