AT&T Store

Omar was fantastic! Helped us out pick out a new phone was very helpful and informative and made the experience very pleasant for us! 10/10 would recommend the AT&T store in Windsor! I normally deal with Big Chad but he wasn’t there today. Omar had the nicest smile and nice demeanor to fit. He tried his best to have us buy other items but at the moment we’re fine with our service.

Giovany was amazing, i completely didn't know what i was doing, he helped me fix my gmail password and he is an exciting sales person and smart. I will highly recommend Gio!

I went into the store for a new iPhone and Matt was awesome. He helped my upgrade my plan, get more discounts , and set up my new phone. I highly recommend visiting this store. K will come back when it’s time for a new phone.

I needed some help with my new phone. Couldn’t find any of my contacts, and also so many apps were gone! Thomas was able to quickly fix my issues. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was very professional in his work. Because of the quality of service I consistently am treated with from people like Thomas, i will remain loyal to AT&T as I have been for more than 15 years!! THANK YOU THOMAS!

Mr. Weston was a great help figuring out a service plan that could work for my budget. I got a better idea of what my bill would look like compared to other companies. One of the best experiences I have had in a cellular store.

Went in there with a few questions about my phone plan and current phone and Thomas helped me. His customer service was excellent!! He took me through everything and really helped me understand want I was looking at. Highly recommend this store and thank you to there amazing workers

I absolutely adore this particular store, the location alone unlike similar stores far enough away from the hustle and bustle with now concerns of parking! I never have to wait to be addressed even when they are busy and the sales associates particularly the manager Chad has helped me above and beyond. So to surmise; I have and will continue to go out of my way just to come to this clean friendly helpful safe location and truly appreciate the team there .

Luis was such a big help! He walked me through selecting the best phone for my needs, the necessary accessories to protect my new phone. He took the time to go over how to use my new phone and all the amazing features! I would've been completely lost without Luis's help, this man deserves a raise for his OUTSTANDING customer service. Luis made this process, which I had been dreading, easy, painless and FUN! THANK YOU from a very happy customer!

Chad was great, he got me on my family's phone plan and even waived the activation fee. He also helped my elderly, "technology challenged" mother clear a bunch of junk from her phone that she'd accidentally downloaded. It was fast and efficient, I have no complaints! Thanks, Chad!

I went in to this store yesterday with a few questions, mostly just tired of getting ripped off by Verizon! Weston was so helpful through the whole process of picking out phones to setting up a family plan for us. I would highly recommend going in to this location and speaking with him directly!

I tried for the longest time figuring out a phone plan that worked in my budget. I went into this ATT store in Windsor and had a pleasant time figuring out what a new phone and plan would cost with my customer service helper Weston. It was awesome to have such a kind employee hear me out for once.

Greatest customer service I've received from a cell provider! Manny was a BIG help on informing me what phone was best for me and my situation, which resulted in me leaving with a brand new iphone. Would highly recommend asking for Manny when going in!

Gio helped me out set up my phone and he needs a raise or promotion he has great customer service skills but his sales pitch are really tough to say no.

I highly recommend The Windsor AT&T store on Hembree Lane. Everyone was courteous but I want to highlight my experience with Luis Delgado. He gave me exceptional service both in person and on the phone. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns. He explained everything clearly and was extremely patient with my barrage of questions.

I had a wonderful experience there. Needed a new phone and Angel took good care of me. Answered all of my questions. Was patient and totally helped me set up my new phone. I'll go back there again and will tell my friends it is a "good place."
