Get our dog food here more regularly now that we know they have it and for a good price. And frequent buyers card to get a free bag is nice too. Staff supper friendly a d helpful.

I love this feed store!! Great service and awesome selection of feeds, with great prices! Everyone seems to know their stuff and it's a pleasure chatting with the staff and getting tips and info for my animals needs.

The store has gotten better since it’s under new ownership! They finally offer senior & military discount too- plus I’ll always shop here for the great dogs behind the counter.

Great vibe, and so helpful! I needed pine bedding that we use for our cat litter. I was in and out in less than five minutes!

Of the 2x I’ve contacted Diess (via phone months ago, then later in person), Bryce has been exceptionally helpful. He’s very patient in listening & answering my slew of questions (I’m fairly new to having chickens). He is very generous in sharing his extensive knowledge, motivated to give excellent customer service, not in just aiming to make a sale. He hustles to get (only) what you need/want & is super friendly the whole time. He’s a real asset to this business!

From the days when in the 90's I managed American Feed and sold to them as a wholesaler to today, a backyard poultry farmer; these good folks will set you up for success. I love poking around the store and chatting with folks. Great experience.

This is the best feed store ever. They invented customer service. It would take far too much room here to recount all the wonderful things the owner has done for me, but here's one example. I ended up with eight extra ducklings one year (my ducks had never been able to hatch their eggs, but when they did...). I couldn't keep them. Even though Diess had already taken down their brooders for the season, they set them back up and sold my ducklings for me.

I've been a customer for fifteen years, ever since I moved to Lane County. The service has always been great under both owners that I have dealt with. This is definitely the first stop for all animal needs. As a bonus, it's easily accessed by bike from town.

Been going here for years to pick up food for our animals. Picked up chickens and other various feeds and nutrients for plants. Always friendly place.

If you park at the loading dock, they will load you up!! They sometimes have a leave-a-rooster-take-a-rooster policy. Get there and feed your animals!!
