I have been using this pharmacy for ten years and have always been very happy. Nothing in this world is perfect but the pharmacist and staff have always gone to every length too make sure I’m taking care of. If I were you I’d take those bad reviews with a grain of salt, a lot of people want what they shouldn’t have.

The two pharmacists there now (Amber and Chelsea) are fantastic. They always greet you with a smile, and often remember you and know your needs. It's always a pleasure to visit.

I give the ladies 5 stars. Not the male pharmacist. Glad we switched to this pharmacy.

Doug, one of the pharmacists, is excellent. Remembered my name the second time I went in. I have one special order rx, he catches it if someone else fills it incorrectly. Five stars for Doug. Minus one for sometimes having to make a second trip when someone else misses the special note. It is never busy there, unlike the chaos at some others. Some of the techs are pleasant to deal with. I have been frustrated at times with the other less amiable staff at the pharmacy. For example, still not recognizing me after 2 years of monthly pick ups.
The retail staff is cheery and helpful.

Arrived on time for my vaccine appointment, waited for about 10 minutes as the tech checked in another family.. after about 15 min she said, “we’re really stressed, I’ll get to you when I can. There’s only 2 of us and there are 2 people in front of you”… didn’t ask, but ok.
She takes my name, nothing else. Also very confused about the two people in front of me being prioritized as I was the appointment at that time.

After almost 30 minutes the pharmacist finally acknowledges me & says “I’m so sorry”, and I ask to cancel. I get that you’re short staffed l, but either don’t accept appointments, or make those picking up prescriptions wait. In that half an hour they still hadn’t seen the two other people “in front” of me. The pharmacy could use some managerial support on time management.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for close to a year. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the women that work in the pharmacy. They are all so pleasant and started recognizing me almost immediately. They are always very quick in filling my medication. The last few times I came in to fill it, I was rudely greeted by Orlando Segneri. He is by far the rudest, most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever had to deal with. Based on everything he said to me, he was judging me on what type of medicine I take and nothing more. He has been this way to me multiple times and he is completely on a power trip. I now drive 45 mins out of my way to a different Rite Aid location where they treat me with respect.

This by far is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist does not order accordingly to keep the store stocked. We got a notification to come pick up a prescription via text. We arrived 10 mins. later. He was about to lock the doors and quickly hid behind the glass to not help us. Told us to come back in 30 minutes. If the pharmacy is closed why send a text to come pick it up without a specific time that we can get it? The text did not specify a time. Then when we arrive the workers hide behind the glass to avoid helping us. It was beyond rude.

I should have moved pharmacies when they continously never were able to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I will not be coming back to this walgreens after today's fiasco. Came in right at time for them to take lunch apparently (i didnt know), they weren't locked up yet. The "professionals" behind the counter, proceeded to "hide" from me as quickly as possible while locking the door. When I asked if I could pickup my son's prescription I was told they'd fill it at 2, I said it's already filled, it's ready for pickup, can I please just grab it and go. Pharmacist told me to come back at 2 this time. Your system isn't shut down, I was right there at the time, I get I'm not entitled to help at this point however the way your staff poorly handled it I can see why the reviews here are warranted. If the professionals had just said it was lunch time for them and not 'hidden' like kids itd be a different message. Kindness is a thing in this world and it reciprocates to those who actually give it. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore for a multitude of reasons but the lack of care is clear here.

Pharmacy claimed my husband's Rx was denied by insurance. They ran it in Good Rx instead and made him pay cash. After speaking with our insurance company, the pharmacy never even attempted to file a claim with our insurance and the medicine is definitely covered. Absolute fraud and a horrible way to treat patients. Unfortunately this happened to us twice before we called our insurance to find out what was going on.

I should’ve changed pharmacies so long ago. I will be moving to the other Walgreens on Main Street. The only way for me to actually get a prescription filled is by physically driving there and making the request. Then month after month after month I’m told it will be ready by x time and then it’s not. Don’t make promises you have no intention of fulfilling! The pharmacy cannot be reached by phone. I’m so beyond fed up.
