I got my make up done here with Janelle, she was so sweet and did a beautiful job with my make up. She took her time, and made sure I liked everything every step of the way. I picked out lashes and when she put one on it was a little more dramatic than I was going for, so she took it off and at the end when I went to go pay I was going to pay for the lashes we opened and cut and they ended up just “damaging” the eye lashes out for me. That was really thoughtful, I didn’t expect them to do that, especially cause we opened them and cut them so I knew I had to purchase them regardless. I will be back if I’m ever in the area again. Very nice employees and I really liked Janelle, she was so sweet and professional. I’ve gotten my make up done before at another Sephora in a different state, they were a little crazy with time making sure each second that passes and getting you to pay more for time if make up goes past time, plus they were trying to sell me on each of the products we used, I understand they have to make sales, it was kind of frustrating especially cause I was in a hurry to go to a wedding. Janelle didn’t do this which was really nice she wasn’t in a hurry to watch the seconds of the time which was so nice. She didn’t try to sell me on a million products i really didn’t need. It was nice so i could leave quickly check out and go to the wedding.

I just had the most darling cutest girl Mary take care of me. She was so patient and it made my shopping experience so easy and pleasant. She was easy to talk to and listened to everything I needed. I was looking for a new foundation brush and new foundation and she helped get me some testers to try them out at home. Thank you

This place is magical. Every time I shop here, I'm greeted by a friendly and helpful associate who can point me to exactly what I need. Or if I just want to explore, I can do that, too. They have EVERYTHING makeup, along with skin care, some fragrance, and some hair care. I love the customer service here they take the time to ask you what you looking for or wanting and they really listen and explain how to use the product to get best results. The people that work there are extremely helpful. They give recommendations for products based on your needs. Positive experience. Many make up consultants on hand.

My Goodess, I can Not Say enough of How special my experience with the two ladies who went out of their way to help me out of my makeup meltdown and moments of distress.
Today is my wedding Anniversary 11/11 and my husband surprised me with an 3 romantic getaway. My dress and shoes weren’t delivered in time to bring with me and I left my makeup bag so insult to injury.
My visit to another store was unsuccessful so I was on the verge of crying when the manager told me they didn’t have any appointments available 😭... She compromised by allowing the beauty consultant to provide me with a mini eye shadow application and from that I revealed to the girls my dilemma and the other beauty consultant offers my foundation as an mini service they worked they’re magic and I bought the products they used Because I loved everything about 90.00 Worth and my husband was blown away with my enhancements 😍 thank you Sudaf you were phenomenal and very attentive & Karina you gave me that extra boost of happy energy to keep from crying ...

The staff is helpful and they usually have what I'm looking for. This time I was looking for the Thrive mascara but they don't carry it. They did have the slip scrunchies I needed for a Christmas gift.

Mary Fisher is the best, she not only recommended amazing products but she was also super helpful and kind throughout all my questions. She’s wonderful, will definitely be recommending this Sephora only because of her.

I shop at various Sephoras. This one is great. I visit Northbrook, Illinois and this is the store I truly shop at and learn about new products. I also like the other Illinois location (Deerpath, close to Palatine). Stores are what Sephora should be. Associates help with selecting new products, whether it's self tanner, eye liners, new foundation or blush. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Mayfair (Wisconsin) location.

My girl bought me Kat Von D liquid tattoo eyeliner and she had me try on Rihanna's glitter body Shimmer or it was awesome I love for you I just can't afford half the stuff LOL💖
