I went there to get a few items. On my way, the customer service was amazing, Fernanda Roberts is the best, she was really helpful and assisted me with everything that I wanted. She even helped me to the register and gave a recommendation which really helped my mother.
Fernanda is awesome and very generous, I will be definitely going back just for her assistant!!

After two different doctor appts recently, the doctors both called in Rx’s to CVS. They were filled immediately, and I was texted that they were ready for pickup all within a very short time.

I know this CVS pharmacy is very busy and often crowded, but the pharmacy people are very professional and always helpful, as are all of the employees of this CVS

Great place to shop ! Everyone is super friendly and fast service. They bend backwards to make the customer happy ! I will be going there for my everyday needs and the pharmacy as well , they are very efficient!

we recently moved to Boca from Kansas where we received excellent service from CVS four years. the staff at this location greeted us with open arms moved all of our prescriptions in less than 10 minutes was is happy to see us and give excellent service on each subsequent visit. they are welcoming, efficient and where very happy to see us. They open 24 hours and nearby.

This review is much overdue.

The Pharmacy doesn't get enough credit. They are CONSTANTLY slammed, overworked, and have a line wrapping around the isles inside, and a line of cars wrapped around the building for the drive-thru outside. I have been coming here for around 2-3 years, namely because I work at the Vet's office next door. While sometimes I do have to wait for my RX's, it is understandable as to why. JUJU has always been very kind, understanding and helpful to me. Unsure if she is still there or if I spelled her name wrong. If so, my apologies. PETER has been an angel to me. By far one of the GREATEST assets of this pharmacy. This gentleman took the time to work well beyond his shift ended in order to get me the RX that I need in order to function through my chronic migraines. He was patient with me, listened to my concerns, and made SEVERAL phone calls to my insurance company on my behalf! PETER is who everyone wishes to encounter while they try to advocate for themselves. I was in a crisis and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I am indebted, to say the very least. Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, please know that you are appreciated and there are people in the community who see how high volume you are, and how much hard work is put in to what you do. Thank you for giving me experiences that allow me to write this 5 star review. Keep shining! :)

We went to cvs on our third attempt at trying to find someone to Pierce my daughters ears. The girl was amazing with my daughter and very knowledgeable about piercing care. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!
