Ordered a belt from them (in the wrong size dispite their numerous warnings to check the size) and it arrived before the estimated delivery date. Tried it on and found I got the wrong size. Reached out to them and the return process went smooth. USPS ended up losing my return which I assumed I was out the money for the return. BFG ended up refunding the money anyway. Absolutely outstanding company and all the gear I have by them has lasted numerous years and counting of service. Customer for life.

Great place and great gear selection for such a small store. It's attached to their warehouse, and you get there. You'll be hesitant to go in since it looks more like a warehouse, but go up and ring the buzzer. The employees are very welcoming, attentive, and easy to speak with about anything they have there. Definitely be returning in the future.
