This East Washington St location is safe & helpful. I can let my 11 year old Grandson go in alone and shop with his spending money. They are always helpful and guide him to make good choices or help him find the game he wants.

Great staff led my manager Jim. Ive been going to this store for years even though the pendleton pike store is closer. Its worth the extra mileage! It feels more like a second home, everyone knows you by name and its really cool. Kudos on going Prestige, well deserved.

I always love coming to this GameStop, it's really nice and the people are nicer! The only complaint I have is that it's fairly small. But this GameStop has been here for years, and honestly the only one that I'll go to in Indy. Comparing this one and the next closest to my knowledge (Greenfield location) it's almost night and day. At this location you feel really well taken care of and they obviously know their games, and are passionate about their favorites. When I go in I usually ask for Jim, he's the manager there. But the whole team is phenomenal.

The staff at this location are the only reason I've continued going to it for 10 years now. The same manager has been there what feels like a decade and is absolutely amazing. Always recognized me and is always cool to chat with. He does a good job with installing his values in his staff. I'd rather pay a bit more and go here then a random Walmart or bestbuy. The people are worth it to me.

Very good store and if u got a warranty they don't ask questions they just change it out for a new one

Customer service is fantastic at this location, they've gone out of their way to make my day and I appreciate it. Sales floor looks nice and staff always has time to acknowledge my presence, make a recommendation or check inventory.

The employees are always so willing to help out. They all answer questions and are always so friendly. Great store and awesome employees.

Very nice layout with a great staff. Jim assisted me in all things Switch and Let's go pikachu as well as a case and charger for the Pokeball accessory. I'll be back !!

Best move gamestop made was putting Jim back in charge. Very happy to see him today!

This is the only place I will go to get my videogames. The owner is very kind and helpful, I always look forward to coming in here and talking to the employees. The store is always clean and organized. I wish I could give it a higher rating than 5 stars.

I'm a regular, and I'm usually always recognized! It makes me feel special and want to keep coming Because they know what I want! I buy a LOT of pokemon plushies. More than a normal human should lol. I also buy games too. Right now I have 5 on pre-order.
