I was struggling with a failed project. None of the hardware stores I went to seemed willing or able to help me. My last stop before giving up was Brinkmann’s store in Glen Cove. While there Addo generously offered his knowledge and guidance, and went above and beyond to help me. Your dedication to customer service commendable and greatly appreciated..just want to thank him publicly 👍

Where do I begin? One of my first visits to Brinkmann’s was on their bucket sale day. I went in looking for string lights and a fire pit for my backyard. I found everything I needed and more thanks to Mark and Frank (managers). They went above and beyond to help me with this large purchase.

At checkout, the wonderful cashier Mary pointed out the toy section. I was telling her about my elderly father and she suggested the travel bingo game. My father loved it and I have her to thank! The employees are caring, helpful, and attentive.

Anything outdoors, indoors - Brinkmann’s is the best!

I was at Brinkmann's today for the first time, I am so happy I went in. This is an amazing store they had all my boating needs as well as parts for my Webber Grill and lawn care. This is my new go to place.
No more home depot. Michael helped me out at the register and sign me up for points and told me about price match from big box stores. Michael is a real pro at his job and that impressed
me so much, you don't find that kind of professionalism anymore. Can't wait to come back.

Great selection of everything from hardware to grills. What I really appreciate is there is someone local who finally sells boat supplies and life jackets. For a hardware store they have a pretty sizable marine section. Saves me a lot of trips to stores like West Marine in Port Washington. Staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My new favorite hardware store.

I was so impressed the level of customer service that I received when I called to ask for sternos Christmas Eve. The first employee whom I spoke with was very polite and passed me to someone who could assist me in what I was looking for. Mary, whom answered the phone call was willing to take my number and call me back while she went to look for the sternos but I said I would wait.
So here is the twist, when I called it was to avoid having to drive to the store and Mary helped me with that exactly. Sternos were at an all time need for those this Christmas Eve and I was able to lock them in because Mary went over and above what I would say was true customer service.
Thank Brinkmanns, your staff showed me where I would rather shop next time.

I love your store! I was greeted by Mary as soon as I walked in. She brought me to Max who was incredibly helpful with my HVAC system needs. I also needed a new replacement tank for my grill, and Mark was amazing. Everybody is so pleasant, helpful and it really feels like your neighborhood hardware store.

Mary, Judy and Addo are wonderful. Mary and Judy helped me at the register and Addo offered to clean a recycling pail I purchased from outdoors. This location is clean, well-staffed and a pleasure to shop at. Thank you!

Had to come here for some gutter extensions due to flooding. Arlo (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) helped us out so much. He recommended the best method of fixing our problem and he was very personable and provided great service. Highly recommend coming here.
