Store Space Self Storage

Needed a new space after the one i rented around the corner was robbed & management’s concern was minimal. Nick was considerate, patient & quickly got me sorted with a 10x10. He especially took time to explain the security systems in place that gave me peace of mind. I find the facility well managed & the rest of the staff a delight, so much so that i rented a second smaller unit from Nick.

Nick at the Glen Cove Store Space was over the top excellent. He answered all my questions on the phone and when I went to the space, he professionally walked me through the facility, showed me my unit, and got my contract all entered with prepaid details. Fantastic. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure. Super job!!!

Nick and Jackie thank you for your assistance. They were very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Nick and Jackie both explained information regarding storage, Nick my guy walked me to the storage and showed me around. So glad I relocated my storage from storage post to store post.

She really went out of her way to get me a unit that suited my needs with all my health issues going on. The facility is spotless and very well kept. I would use this place again if needed and definitely would recommend the facility to anyone I know looking for storage.

I am very pleased to say I have not experienced Customer Service like this in a long time. It is apparent that Extra Space strive themselves on this!!.. moving is stressful enough but I have to say Jay made the experience so much easier!!…The follow up was exceptional and the attention to detail was over the top. Jay was polite professional and extremely knowledgeable Of my needs in renting the space that I needed. The facility was clean and organized and I will highly recommend it to my family and friends! The facility is very clean and organized. We always felt safe and secure storing our items! The employees on every shift are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the space. We had no problems during our time using Extra Space and would do it again in the future.

My mother opened up multiple units at this location and it could not have gone smoother. Both Jay and Jaylen were extremely helpful in assisting her and getting her set up with each unit. They explained all steps of the process and walked her to each unit for inspection. I highly recommend coming to this location for your storage needs.

Very happy with the facility, our unit and staff. Jackie was a pleasure to work with and clearly explained everything we needed to know to get ourselves set up. Facility and units are brand new, incredibly clean, and easy to access. One less thing to worry about as we packed up for a relocation.

My GF Marcella & I moved in yesterday & really Love this new facility in Glen Cove, so close, so convenient, the staff Jackie & manager Chris were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Also very pleasant. I'm happy being a new tenant there. Place is very clean, big & new. Security is top notch.

Chris and Jackie are really attentive, helpful and informative. I’ve been dying for this place to open and it did not disappoint. The service has been amazing thus far. So glad I am renting a unit with them. Keep up the good work!!!
