AT&T Store

The store is nice and well lit and the employees are quick to help and very knowledgeable. I had some issues with data and was curious about a new phone and they were great and breaking down the pricing and trade in values so I could understand. They were also able to help me out with my data issue that had been plaguing me. In particular Stephen was very friendly and I did not have to wait to get all of my questions answered. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone in the area.

William helped me transfer my number from my old iPhone to a new one I purchased at the Apple store. When the Apple store staff ran into problems setting up my new phone, they recommended that I go to the AT&T store in the same mall. Very convenient and William also recommended a new phone plan which could save us money while giving us unlimited data.

Ken, the manager, is super helpful and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options. He helped me pick out a phone that was right for me and got it expedited (new iPhone 15 pro max). He also helped me pick out a case and headphones. I highly recommend this store!

Absolutely AMAZING service from James Nelson (I might have misspelled his last name). He was able to get us a great deal for a multi-phone line. He was very resourceful, definitely know what he's doing, and a awesome problem solver. We had various issues when assembling our 4-phone line, but he was there to help us from start to finish (more than 3 hours on a Sunday evening!!!). If you come here for whatever reasons, James would be a great person to talk to.

Both James and the manager were awesome. Extremely helpful. I got screwed by an AT&T store in Texas and these guys here in Spokane helped me out tremendously in dropping my bill from $400 to $250 a month! Including a new phone I might add. Highly recommend this location.

A huge thank you to SPENCER at River Park Square. I recently opened a new account with a new iPhone and number. I needed to get my old number back but was told by tech support I couldn’t with this phone. I went into airway Heights store in SPENCER the assistant manager helped me get it resolved with a new phone etc.. I went to return the previous phone and SPENCER had been relocated to River Park Square. The person in the store told me I couldn’t return it because it was expired past 14 days. I had them leave Spencer a msg. He promptly called me back the next day. We spent 1 hour on HOLD with tech support in a 3 way call. Then for the next 1/2 hr he asked all the proper Qs (that I would have never known) to get everything resolved! It was a stressful situation that he completely took care of for me!! & kept me as a customer. Then he followed up with me a few days later! I will continue to do all my business with Spencer!!! I have been getting phones for 8 years. Hands down, James at your store is the best salesperson I have worked with. I usually have A LOT of anxiety about these transactions but James put all those to ease.

How does he do it? It's because he learned the secret to sales. LESS sales MORE person. He cut through all the sales language and directly answered my questions (there were a lot of em and was able to keep track of all that info). Gave me a quick diagnostic of my account and we started choosing phones.

Based off of like 30 sec of conversation he was able to deduce exactly what I was looking for in a phone and shifted HIS language to match mine in describing pros and cons.

This man is the real deal. Make sure not to lose him to pharmaceutical sales 🤣

My wife , roommate and I signed up for a family plan and had bought the new iPhone se. Edwin did an excellent job helping us out through the whole process being sure to answer all questions asked. He also provided us with quality customer service and all around being a good guy! Thank you for the experience we are being satisfied.

My wife an I were down in Mexico for the first part of January and I knew I had Mexico included on my phone plan but I guess my tablet was not included in that. Thus I racked up $500 in usage fees. The store representative helped my wife call into AT&T customer service and they were able to waive all the charges. Very thankful the representative did not just turn us away but assisted in calling in as well.

Chevelle helped us get out of sticky phone situation. And she pulled out some magic tricks. Come down to AT&T at the riverfront mall in Spokane.

Desiree was personable, and well informed. She was patient as I didn’t have a clear picture of what I wanted. Her attention was the perfect balance. I have as much difficulty with too much salesmanship as I do with being ignored when I go into a store. I have only been in the store a few times, but the sales people that I have talked to have always been wonderful.

I took my iPhone in for help because it wouldn’t transfer my apps from my old phone to my new phone Stephen quickly diagnose the problem as my old phone need an update as soon as he did that everything transferred over beautifully I can’t thank him enough As I was advised by AT&T at the Silverdale mall to load all of my apps individually which would’ve taken me a week or so to complete.
I can’t thank you enough Stephen. I highly recommend this store for all of your AT&T needs.
