Our experience was pretty pleasant. We had done our research and knew what wanted. We were able to get in and get out. We even got assistance from the Pro Loader that quickly assisted by bringing a forklift over and helped load us up. We were able to do this on our lunch hour and got back to work (Renton) on time👍

The food served was first rate. Soup stock for the Pho was the best I have ever had & I've tried quite a few from Singapore to Vietnam!

I went there to get some traction tape for the deck stairs. Carrie was amazing! She helped us out and went above and beyond, helping us to cut a mat to fit. Will definitely go back.

I usually don't write reviews on my own volition but last night around 7:30pm my man Jay in plumbing took customer service to the next level. Initially contacted in the shower head area my wife and I inquired if an item on clearance was in stock or in the overheads. Upon scanning the product Jay noticed there were a number of them in stock. Being familiar in his own department he used the product knowledge and knew there was a promo endcap or display mid isle that had them. He led me directly to the product and I grabbed 2 of them. My wife and I thanked Jay for his dedication to his work and customer service. We thought that would be the last we would see of him.

We continue shopping and find ourselves in the area rug area. We find one that we needed to have. There were no employees to be seen in the immediate area, I walked to look down 5+ isles still I saw nobody. Then like a baby angel coming down from the heavens my man Jay appeared looking like he was wearing a cape and walking through a dense fog ( the cape was just the apron and the fog was most definitely my sleep deprivation). I say "damn dog sorry I'm doing you so dirty today. Do you have anyone in the flooring dept?" To which he replied he'd be more than willing to assist. We show him the rug in question. He then again scans the product and sees that there are 2 in stock. Knowing this he was positive that there was already one rolled up. Our search began. About 6 or 7 minutes in the actual employee stationed in flooring walks by and Jay asks him if he knows if the particular rug we were looking for was rolled up anywhere. I'm not trying to bash anyone but the other employee straight up said do whatever the customer wants and walked away. Not caring to assist in any way. It almost seemed like he was actively avoiding his own area to which I would assume that he would have more knowledge. I digress this isn't about the employee who neglected his duties in his dept. Jay and I continued the search and he mentioned that the other side of the display area had and undercarriage that stored them. He goes on to grab a pallet jack to move a pallet that was in front of the area we were attempting to access. After he moves the pallet my Wife's eagle eye precision noticed the pattern. We pull it out and low and behold there she was.

We go on to thank him again for quite literally going above, below and beyond to assist us. Jay's customer service is exemplary and should be recognized, if not just this transaction probably tons more that go unreported. Pay attention to how this young man operates and in no time it will be obvious that he is an asset to the home depot organization. He goes on to walk us to the cashier and told us to have a wonderful night and a Happy Thanksgiving. Our cashier subsequently took care of us as well. I want to say her name was Tami. Truly professional and friendly. They both are assets to your property. Give my man Jay 2 Homer awards 1 for the initial contact in his dept then another for doing his coworkers job (no shade to whoever was in flooring. He was probably downstocking or cleaning up for the night) appreciate you my dog.

So saw the fattest rat squeezed itself away after running across the isle. Someone was like yeah man they always have lived here there's just more and faster since covid...

The store was very clean and not too busy. The staff was very polite and helpful. The product was great, as to be expected. There was no line to check out and there was plenty of free parking. 10/10

Open the box when you buy anything from here or any hardware store!! cause we bought some drills and when we return it (same day & the box was unopened )and they open the box in front of us both drills are used and they don't match the drills that says on the box which it's crazy. Thankfully the ladies that helped us they figure it out and was able to refund us our money.

I was in here last night, and they were super short staffed, but they still found the time to help me and be friendly. I appreciate that. They lady who came in on her day off at self check was a rock star!!

I have noticed that people are rating a place accordingly to one experience that they had, but not based on a multiple visits.

I came at this store many times. And sometimes I find quickly what I need, sometimes I look for someone’s help. And sometimes help is not there, and I find myself. All revolves around your determination and not if you’re treated as king or queen at a store.
At my last visit, I guy helped me to find an item that I was looking for. And while looking, he gave me couple tips regarding the item.

A review is an overall experience, not something that someone feels at the moment. Feelings are not something to rate, because it is an appearance that can mislead people. Facts build trust, not the appearance of someone’s feelings. 😉

The whole thing ended up being rather enjoyable. We were prepared and understood exactly what we were looking for. It was easy for us to enter and exit. The Pro Loader came swiftly to help, brought a forklift, and loaded everything for us. We did all of this during our lunch break and still made it back to the office (in Renton) on schedule.

Had a great experience in the store. The staff was very helpful and knew where products were when I asked for them. I would recommend going here for all of your home projects.

Great customer service as I had to obtain a new hot water tank for a tenant unit. The pick window staff was awesome and help me load the tank in my vehicle. We will be back for other thing's. We appreciate 🙏 you.

Ordered tankless water heater on line and picked it up at the store the following day. Smooth process. Service desk had product and all information.

Last night, had an emergency in the house. I found everything I needed in the one area. $36 and 45 minutes later, done. Thank you Home Depot for being there, being open, and having what I needed to get home back to normal.

Found everything very easy nice people and very helpful and clean.

I generally go in and out knowing what I need to buy and I have the Home Depot app that tells me what aisle and which bay in the aisle to find it. Today I had a hard time finding the right light bulbs and thankfully an orange apron walked by and asked if I needed help. $100 on light bulbs but I was replacing every light in the house to make things brighter instead of the soft lights. My eyes definitely needed more light especially with how blurry things are getting for me. Always great experience here.

I really like my home Depot, they usually always find what I need, and the staff are always nice and friendly.

My go to for DIY projects. Great for remodeling kitchen and baths.
