This place was actually terrible. There was one employee who was rushing us to find a dress and just took my friend to the back with a dress she didn’t even want. Then proceeded to take her clothes off for her WITHOUT her consent and treated her unlike a human being. She manhandled her and talked about her as if she was like a doll. Outrageous behavior for an employee and terrible management of the store I do not recommend.

Do NOT repeat DO NOT go to this awful place!! Get this.... I wanted this dress for a gala that was in their front window. I walked in all they had was size 6 or 16! The lady that was working told me she could get it in a size 8-10-and 12 but it would be a week until they got it..... and .... I would have to pre pay $430 for the dress. Should have been a red flag then!!!! She told me if they didn't work I could get my money refunded. Well.... she lied!!!!!!!! When the dresses finally showed up(they said it was more delayed bc of the 1inch of snow we had) smh... anyways, went in the store ALL the dress fit liked the size 6! The woman was SO determined she was down on her knees trying to zip me into this dress... not pinching my side fat.... incredibly uncomfortable but she zipped me in somehow .... I looked into the mirror and tried not to pass out from not breathing, I said these are not going to work. The woman threw her arms up in the air and started speaking Asian to me..... I told her I understand she is working off commission, but I need my money returned. She said she would NOT refund me my money!!! I could not believe my ears.... needless to say I was NOT happy and was not going to spend $430 on some other dress in that store.... I called my bank .... filled a claim, and the banker could not believe this story! She told me to yelp, and review everywhere I could about this story and call the better business burrow. I just can't believe this business!!!! Unbelievable!!!

This place was truly terrible. It was at atrocious, the lady helping didn’t give us a chance to pick out a dress and physically tried to take off my daughters clothing which may I remind you is physical assault. It was violating and rude and I do not recommend it.

Horrible...I was called fat and old by The elderly Lady Lee.. She wanted to be in my dressing room with me ..saying she had to zip me up and I told her my kids can do that..I Got it...She snatched the dress from my hand and said..im sure you got it but you will damage my dresses..NO RACE SHOULD SHOP HERE..DISCRIMINATION IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE

My friends teenage daughter was body shamed by the rude asian lady and when the mother called to complain the manager snickered. Terrible place
