The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. But please beware when you purchase items. Look at them first. My son and I went to exchange hoodies & pants yesterday. Somebody had spilled coffee on some of them, some had foundation like from them trying it on and dirt as if it was on the floor. This was done by trifling customers not by their employees. I've never seen this ever going there before. And I go to the store quite often as my son play sports. But other than that everything was excellent.

Great store. Tons of the latest sporting goods. They have a wide variety of coverage, and their value is comparable. I really love their sales, where prices get really good. Customer service here is usually friendly and helpful. The store is kept clean and usually well stocked! The holiday hours are different and see the image indicating so. Enjoy!

I went to the bike section to get a new pedal because mine was broken off, and the two men that worked on it were very kind, efficient, professional, and hard-working! I needed to buy new softball cleats for my daughter. Upon entering the shoe section, I was immediately approached by an employee named Jordan. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to get exactly what we needed very quickly because of his help. His eagerness to help was very much appreciated.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The bike mechanic went through the entire bike with my 12 year old son and answered all of our questions. Although sale expired the day before, the manager still gave us 20% off! Very happy with our purchase.

I was looking for suggestions and/or options for a bike room in our apartment community and Jim was a huge help. Glad I went there instead of a bike shop.

It's Dick's. The staff is helpful. The manager is always rude (female with long black hair) when checking out. Never fails that she checks us out each visit to the store. She doesn't greet you and she is sometimes on her phone. It is what it is. The shoe staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to find shoes for you.

Very nice, customer service friendly staff, that's ready to help. Actually cashier was most helpful explaining protection plan that is available which is perfect for my son's needs!

Manassas Store has fishing stuff which is not available at Chantilly. They do bike service as well which is reliable.
