New store, friendly & helpful staff, very clean public restroom. Automatic self-serve barista-like coffee machine is amazing! Complete opposite of the other 7-11 on Broad Rock and Warwick.

BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. BEST PEOPLE EVER, FOOD AND COFFEE ALWAYS FRESH. NICE, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. ALWAYS LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM, AND CLEAN PLACE!!!!

I like a good atmosphere and everything is very well located and clean and tidy 😊😊

I came to order 2 pieces of bacon,grits and 1 egg. The food waiter ask did I want 4 pieces and I excepted. End result, 2 pieces of small bacon, old egg and soupy grits. Tried to call store, store's number not updated. I'm now frustrated that I have to drive 5 miles for my refund!!

They would not sell me a bottle of creamer on Christmas day, they where all rude and didn't care... the tall black gentleman at the cash register said after I toll them that I've been buying it here for like 5 bucks or more and then man at register wanted to sell it to me then. I told them no and I would be reporting them... I will never go this 711 ever again... i do hope you guys can hire people with common scenes and not looking like your a zombie on drugs.... all three employees where extremely rude.. and if the manager isn't smart enough to ring me up for creamer then she don't need to be working there...

Come to the store at 4:42 a.m. on November 13th 2023 ask the guy what time the store open back up he says when I get done but if you do look the store is rated as a 24-hour store what is the doors doing locked and shut with customers standing outside poor communication and management that's what it is and here it is 5:42 p.m. a.m. same day call the 7-Eleven lady says be closed for another hour for cleaning you got 10 customers standing in line at the door doors are locked

They never have anything ready at this location even though it’s the newer one and all the machines are ALWAYS empty or broken! Like why stop in anymore

The nachos had blackish green things inside the bag the cookies was about 3 days expired

This place is nasty. The food was dry, not fresh. The bathrooms were disgusting. The workers looked like zombies. Like, they didn’t give a flip about their job at all. The store looked like hell in general. Won’t be back to this location.

I stopped by after work and asked for 2 wings and 2 small legs and the total came to $12.80. KFC doesn’t even charge that price and they’d re a actual chicken place! And the gentleman had stated they had been there for hours also. SMH never stopping there again!! Do better please
