One of the more condensed CVS locations that I have ever seen. The store is very well put together and stocked and the employees are terrific.

This is hands down the BEST CVS in the area. I was having issues with another location and the Pharmacist here was so helpful! This is by far the best customer service I've ever received from a Pharmacist and team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

One of the best CVS experiences that I've had. Nehal was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If I was running a pharmacy, he'd be my first hire.

Great customer service and very helpful and friendly. There is a young African American guy that work there he is super nice please visit this store you will not regret it. Also very clean place.

I shopped at this CVS for the first time today. It is a clean and compact store. In particular, I want to recognize and thank the pharmacist, Dr. Nehal. He went out of his way to understand the issue and provided helpful input and the appropriate medication. Thank you.

Love this location I don't live in the area, but when I come through to visit my family I stop here because staff is friendly and helpful

I went to the CVS on Cherry Road by Riverwalk and wanted to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy. I left the store and noticed that my credit card was missing. I searched my car searched my pocketbook to no avail. I went back to CVS on Cherry Road and looked around where I had parked the car. I called and Bridget told me that she would check the security systems tape. She spent a lot of time going back and looking through the tapes and the results was that I left my credit card on the counter at the pharmacy. She was so helpful and took up so much time to do that I I commend her for taking the time for helping a customer. Thank you Bridget at CVS at Riverwalk.

Not bad, just like any other CVS. Clean and good service.

This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. I have had my prescriptions at CVS for years and never had an issue. All of the sudden the past couple of months I’ve had an issue every time. Most recently, the pharmacist was extremely rude, rolled his eyes, and slammed the drive through window because I asked him to check to see how much my prescription would be if I paid cash.
They have changed my prescription, lied to me, and have refused to rerun my insurance on multiple occasions. I try to give grace since everywhere is short staffed, but their customer service is honestly appalling.

Who knew I had to be 18 to purchase Benadryl… well at CVS. I just went to the 7/11 instead and guess what…. I didn’t need to be 18 to purchase a simple antihistamine. Embarrassing that I have to buy a OTC drug at a gas station instead of a Pharmaceutical store. Just go to a Walmart instead smh

Would give zero stars if allowed. Came to drop off a prescription and waited 10mins to only be stared at and not spoken to or helped. Another customer walked up and was helped immediately. Will never go back here!

Worst experience ever from the male cashier very rude!!! Will not go back moving my prescriptions to another location.

CVS is price gouging their customers. One of the drugs I have been taking for years I was told was increasing double the price to $75 using Good Rx. The same drug at Walmart Neighborhood Market Pharmacy was $15 to fill. So it only increased at CVS.

Also, this CVS always has too long of a wait. Most of the time there is only one person trying to help a consistent line of customers inside and at drive thru, today, at 1:00pm, they had the drive thru closed with no signage or anything with two people working. After waiting behind another customer who also didn't know what was going on and why no one was answering, I go inside and there are 4 people waiting in line, only one employee helping customers as the other stood watching the line grow. When I finally reached the counter, I told them I was not taking all the drugs they had ready because my doctor was changing some of the scripts I'm on, and I was again told to wait while they separated them all out. Between the prices they charged and the horrible service at most CVS locations in the area, I'll be transferring my scripts to Walmart Neighborhood Market who can maintain a staff who is curteous, helpful, and with minimal wait and lower costs.
