I received excellent customer service at this store. Juan was great and very helpful!

The employees here are efficient friendly and the manager CJ is the man. He's helped me out with complicated shipping issues, and he always makes me laugh. He's really knowledgeable and efficient at his job.

Although this is a big business the vibe feels like a hometown store. The line moves really quickly, and they really accommodate their customers needs.

No one likes going to the post office but, I always leave here with a smile on my face and in a better mood.

This is genuinely my favorite USP in the country.

Staff is so friendly and fast. I was not sure on how to use a return package label and costs. It was free they guided me every step of the way and gave me receipts that made me feel reassured the package was going to be returned.

I had beyond helpful service from a guy named JR. Super friendly and he was able to set up a complex booklet print that normally baffles people. No more hand stapling and folding for me!👍

All of the staff is very cool! And very helpful for the tech not so savvy!

This store has been most accommodating in delivering mail. I have used them for over 5 years and they continue to make it easy to do business with them.

I typically use the post office to ship out my eBay items but when I went to ship an extra large package, the post office rates were outrageous. I immediately researched shipping rates online at UPS & FedEx, but because my box was so large, I didn’t trust the online quotes. When I called the UPS Store on McCullough, Larry answered. I was immediately taken in by his kindness and friendliness. He patiently cranked up his computer to see if my quote corresponded with his. Then, when he got a different amount than I had the night before, he patiently waited for me to pull it up online and check again. Even though the amount now matched, I still called a FedEx store to see if I could find a lower rate. My experience with them was like night and day. They performed their job without the extra dose of friendliness that Larry naturally exudes. And they couldn't give me a quote over the phone like he had. Instead, they transferred me to a general customer service line, where I had to wait to speak to someone. In learning that their rates were still higher than Larry’s, I made the decision to do business with him and my experience only got better. The store was busy when I arrived but despite this, Larry maintained a friendly chit chat with everyone. His energy was extremely calm and outgoing, making a typically bland errand like a stop at your favorite coffee shop. I highly recommend doing business with him!

I went in and the clerk #226603 cheerfully helped me with my email attachments. The total was $1.24, no extra fees!! Excellent service. I highly recommend this UPS store!

Love this centrally located, family run business. I always feel welcomed by knowledgeable staff that feel like friends. Efficient, reasonable, and customer friendly environment with access to computer services too! They also offer notary services. They will always do their best to get the job done and they really make each customer feel appreciated.

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff made good recommendations for type of box and packing needed to ship items. The process was made efficient because needed addresses and information were already in the UPS system. This location was convenient. Easy in and out parking.

The first time I ever went to a UPS store was in 2015 didn't have the chance to even figure out what or how to use computer because the gentleman there was so quick to ask how he may be of service. I had what I needed done quickly and conveniently. Today that same gentleman and his staff are so courteous, friendly and so ready to help that today when I walk into this facility....I feel at home. I've been to several UPS local locations recently and this is far, far and away the most efficient and most friendly. It's amazing how much difference it makes when you're greeted warmly, helped efficiently, and treated with respect. I will go out of my way to come here from now on.

This place is awesome!! Great customer service and I love that they have courtesy uS Postal Service pickup. The young man that almost always helps me is SO nice!!!! He is friendly and professional and stays that way even when it’s crazy busy. I so appreciate you!
