I was able to use the restroom today after It was out of order for over a year. I’m on a bike in this cold over 60 and that was a relief. Thank you

Pharmacy staff was fantastic. The “customers” are slowly ruining the store with all the shoplifting.

The wait times are very long , as is all walgreens in the middle if a pandemic. As people gave them a hard time for all the while as I sat there these women were still doing everything in their power to please each customer. The taller young lady was so gentle and so sweet I didn't mind waiting because I knew she and her team were trying their best. The word of the day for all of you complainers is PATIENCE. God bless America

A Rare gem.
The pharmacy staff here is excellent. They are knowledgeable and courteous. The head pharmacist John Karpus is always friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Finding a good pharmacist that you can trust these days is harder than finding a good mechanic for your car that you can trust. This pharmacy out dose all the other local pharmacy’s in customer service and trust.

The Pharmacist whose name is Hillary was very pleasant and always courteous

Clean, organized, staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive.

Don’t count on the pharmacy staff, except for the Friday staff.

The only reason I gave a star was because I had to. They will not let you use the restroom. That’s bad because I have a disability.

Update: hours have been cut back to 10-630 during the week, making it much more difficult to pick up. Drive-through is no longer being used (despite what the billboard says)
Been shopping here since it was a rite aid for several years. The staff has been generally good. Since the change to walgreens though, the phone system has become the single most frustrating abomination i've ever dealt with. First, it's bloody impossible to figure out what to say to speak to someone that isn't a robot. If you don't have your RX number (which u probably don't if it's not a pill bottle) you're SOL. Second, if it happens to connect you, u might end up on hold for 10+ minutes with the same "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls" message occurring every 11 seconds. It's an unusable experience. I would rather go to the dentist than have to refill my prescriptions over the phone with this phone system. Oh, and this is if the phone system kicks in properly.

Went to the drive-through to pick up a prescription three separate times. Rang the buzzer or three times. Not one person came to the window. There were three staff members there and not one person turn their back to answer the call. They are the worst customer service I have ever seen. They can keep my prescription. I will go to another pharmacy. I miss Rite Aid

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. No communication. Was placed on hold just to be hung up on multiple times while trying to simply check the status of my prescription. The pharmacy employees were incompetent and rude. Never in my life have I dealt with such hassle over a prescription. Retrain your staff.

I took the pfizer 2 days ago, I woke up from a nap and I can’t feel legs. I tried to call the pharmacy because I am anemic and I’m not sure if I should go to the er or not. Long story short, I was on hold for 30 min then got disconnected, called the front of the store told them I got disconnected after being on hold for 45 min and they put me on hold AGAIN for another 40 min. Still no answer and the pharmacy closes in 10 min.
