T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My husband and I were shopping around for the best deal to start our new family plan together. We went to Verizon and were very disappointed and felt like we were being taken advantage of, even though I had always had Verizon previously, and this was my number one pick. My husband convinced me to go to T-Mobile, and we were able to get a very reasonably priced plan and upgrade our devices with promotions. David waited on us and was very personable and did an amazing job at getting us the services we needed, and was honest and straightforward. The manager was very present and helpful as well. As someone who has been a Verizon customer for 15+ years, I was very pleasantly surprised with this experience and would highly recommend the Paul Huff T-Mobile location, and David!

This place is absolutely amazing. They always look for the greatest deals and they dig really deep to make sure that they’re saving you as much money as possible. I got free phones, free watches, and HOME INTERNET that works great. Haven’t had an issue yet. These guys are true professionals if you really want good service at the best price, please visit the store they will definitely take care of you. I’ve had nothing but phenomenal experiences since transitioning to T-Mobile 2 years ago. I visited this location to upgrade my phone and they were great at finding the best offers for me, even though my trade in was a hot mess. They even fixed my Netflix account so I only pay $7 a month for Netflix Premium! Right now there is a super deal on the new iPhone 14 that allows you to get it for essentially nothing. This store is well-stocked, clean, with very good parking nearby. My sales rep was well-versed in all of the products and promotions, making it a hassle free experience. I highly recommend their Max 55 plus plan for seniors.

I walked into the store, and I was instantly greeted with a smile. The employees there, know what they’re doing, and they’re good at it! I was explained things in a way that did not make me feel dumb, or little. I was working with Jaron, and he answered every question I had, and helped me through the whole process of setting up new service with T-Mobile. He clearly explained what I was paying for, and what I was getting. These guys are great!

They have amazing staff!!, I walked in and I was greeted really well by Jordan, he then proceeded to tell me in detail what the cost of my Iphone 14 pro max was and also put in detail what my monthly bill would be, not only did i get the iphone , I also got the amazing home internet, that works really well!!

If you want great customer service and always given the best deal and treatment, go here!!! You will not be dissatisfied!! Great staff and management!

Just want to say what a pleasure it was doing business here. Cody R. was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional & most courteous throughout my switchover to T-Mobile. Brought my own phones so he took care of getting those setup & operational, in record time, I might add, while making sure any questions I had were answered. I was in & out of the store much faster than I had anticipated. Highly recommend you visit Cody & the entire staff here for all your cell phone & wireless internet needs as they are simply the best!

Yo Ashley and Elliott are amazing! We finally had a good experience with this company and it's strictly because of these 2. We had complications and they jumped through hoops to get us hooked up. Super smart in their craft and I'm finally happy

I had absolutely one of the best customer experiences here. We came into the store with only a few minutes before closing, and not only did they accommodate our difficult time schedule, they were forthright, friendly, and patient. I left as a satisfied new customer. Elliot took time and attention to all of our questions, and actively dialogued with us as the phones were being set up. He was a great ambassador for Sprint and their commitment to customer service. Overall the night (with the help of Joe and Elliot) was a major success and help for me. I highly recommend this store! My husband and I went in yesterday to see about switching to Tmobile and getting new phones. Reese (sorry if spelling is wrong.) was quick and eager to help us get the right plan for us. We encountered problems every time she would get to a step ( COMPLETELY out of her hands and NOTHING she did wrong!!) We made light of everything that kept happening. (MY LUCK HAHA) She apologized 1000 times more than she should have because like i said, it was not her fault, and she had to go through a lot for us to get out the door. Even with everything going wrong, she kept a smile on her face and had me laughing non stop. We finally got everything squared away after 3 hours. We truly appreciate her smile positive attitude and determination to get us took care of. She deserves her "sticky sock vacation" for sure :)

I normally don’t leave reviews but my buying experience today was extraordinary! Elliott and Ashley were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my unusual circumstances. If you’re in the market for tech or service, this is the place to go!

Can’t speak enough good things about the in store customer service that I receive every time I come in here. They are always very friendly and helpful with any and all questions I have. I’ve added 3 lines at different times in the past 3 years and each time they took the time to help explain everything and switch equipment for us. 10/10 customer service and great signal from sprint as well.

Staff was fast and friendly looked for every possible way to make it affordable for us to get phones. Way better than the hundreds we spent on boost. I reccomend you visitong the store and seeing what they can do for you.

I came in today to upgrade my iPhone 7 to iPhone X. Joe was wonderful with helping, he also answered all my questions I had. I would definitely be back to this location.
