Raley's

Went there today and ask for help with there app. And all I had to do is put in my phone number. But it did not work so my groceries was 80.00 dollars. As I was leaving I thought about my savings I was missing, and stop at the self ck-out ask talk to Ms.Bella she was very helpful she found out that my phone number was wrong and she showed me how to fix it and gave me my savings which turned out to be 27.00. Thank you so much Bella.

My partner spoke with a Tony on the phone and he had amazing customer service. he described the cakes and everything. Appreciate the good people in the world, you guys hired a great employee

It's always a good experience, they didn't have my favorite cookies, but service is always good produce always good, it feels safer with security

Never been to this side of town. From Sacramento. Didn't have a face covering, but staff let me slide, because I didn't show being symptomatic. I loved it and they accept EBT Food Stamps.

Didn't find the earphones I was looking for cause apparently they don't sell any there but I did see a lot of other things at really great prices.

Store very clean, staff helpful with location of items, the freshest produce,

I always find quick things to grab on the way, and groceries I need to last a week. Wait lines are sometimes long unless you do self-check out which people usually don’t use unless it’s the afternoon, parking is a little confusing, parking lot could use more plants, cleanliness is pretty great spite the surroundings.

Clean and had what I needed. I was in and out in no time at all. I just hate it when whomever designs the parking lot or whatever. They make it to where when you pull in people are already coming out of the store. So traffic can back up pretty easily

Nice, clean store... My biggest pet peeve about grocery stores is when you have frozen foods and ice cream in your cart and there are 2 checkers with lines extending into the aisles. That has never happened here. They always seem to be staffed appropriately that you're never more than 1 or 2 people back in line. Staff actually says hi to you as you're walking the store, deli/hot foods department are all smiley and engaged. It's like the twilight zone compared to their competitors that start with an S.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say that tile floors and grocery carts don't go together. It's like rolling over a thousand mini speed bumps. But really... I forget all about it when an employee walks by and asks how I'm doing. Great job to management at this store for a great, happy, staff.

Great store absolutely beautiful inside. Very well-kept which means a lot. I took some pictures of the vegetable department and walking into the store. You can see how great it looks good people might not have everything you want but enough that make you happy. It would dollar off on my kitty cats dry food that's a big thing thank you

Pharmacy staff was great. The pharmacist was a younger man with long hair, but he was extremely professional, and was great with his explanations about the medicines I was picking up. I could tell even with a mask on he was smiling as he spoke to me.

Today was a very hectic day as i am trying to get things in order for my wife's birthday. I went to the bakery and Celestina helped me with ordering a birthday cake for my wife. Celestina was very knowledgeable and made this experience a delightful one. We filled out the form and she was on point with all the responses to my questions. I work for the state and a lot of times we always hear about the bad and never the good. I want to give Raley's kudos for a great hire. She was professorial, kind and respectful and represented Raley's in a good light with the good costumer service. An outstanding job from a humble representative. Thank you

Even though the prices are up, I still am just crazy about Raley's and it's many items to choose from; such as a Deli with some of the best store bought cooked chicken you can buy! And the have a plethora of other things !
