AT&T Store

Jamie is wonderful . She is patient and knowledgeable about the services at AT&T. I was having a difficult time with my phone . She walked me through everything. In this day of time it's hard to find good customer reps. She's not good but great. I can't thank her enough for her help and patience. We definitely need more like , Jamie. She deserves 10 stars. Thanks again.

Darrin did an excellent job with assisting me with adding a line to my plan. Recommend needs to helping me secure my new investment with the right accessories and protection. The greeting and departing were A1. The store was clean and easy to find my needs. I was pleased to find great service that doesn't come often in retail. I will recommend the White Oak location to all my loved ones and friends. Keep up the excellent service!

They have always been extremely helpful and very professional. I worked with True today and he was excellent. Helped me upgrade my phone, get it set up, and answered all of the questions I had. A great company and professional team.

Dropped my phone and my screen would not work with my finger so I went to AT&T and they referred me to a person that could replace the screen. They were very professional, very nice pleasant, and the gentleman that fixed my phone at UbreakitIfix was very professional.

Jerrod gave me a warm welcome when I entered the store. He was attentive to my issue and extended himself to help me with a return process. It required calling customer service and he helped every step of the way, facilitating a smooth return. During the process, I observed how professionally he handled the phone call with customer service.

The store is clean and organized. All of the staff are attuned to their customers. I highly recommend this AT&T Corporate store.

Spencer (assist manager) was absolutely amazing with helping me out, I came in trying to turn in fiber equipment and close an account and even though they weren’t a fiber location, spent like an hour helping me out and figuring it out for me and resolving. At the same time he was helping other people and overseeing one kind of repair work on the store and still helped me. Great communication and overall just a cool dude, thanks!

Promise greeted me the moment I walked into the store. He was very knowledgeable of the process from beginning to end. He recommended accessories for my phone, explained the billing and was patient when I was setting up my passwords.

This is the AT&T store to go to if you want quick, efficient, and friendly service. Darrian helped us quickly add a line to an organization and then helped me switch from Verizon to FirstNet. The whole experience was pleasant, quick, and helped both our organization and me personally save money. The manager (Mindy) was very helpful and went out of her way to print some flyers for us.

This store is awesome me and my wife got new phones at this store and crissy helped me and my wife and did an excellent job.

The entire experience was FIVE STAR from start to finish! Albri was amazing. She took her time. Mindy was very attentive and provided strong leadership. Colby was very supportive to Albri in helping her navigate processes to get my phones transferred. It was a great experience. Very refreshing to know people still care.

I had issues created by AT&T customer service over the phone, so I called this location. Marc helped me understand what I needed to bring to the store to get things sorted. At the store, Spencer was a huge help and extremely friendly. Any future changes to my account I will be making at this store, they were phenomenal.

I went into the store in White Oak Village, very angry with my services from a third party retailer. Upon getting there I was greeted by William and he did everything he could possibly do to fix their mistakes and make me a happy customer. He succeeded, he corrected the mistakes and I’m happy. PJ was great!!! Very professional and cool, never showed a bit a frustration even when the iPhone users didn’t know what they were doing 😂😂 walked us through whatever we needed help with and didn’t leave until he knew we were good! Really appreciated him and his patience!

I went in last night, with the hopes of upgrading my phone, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Colby. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back to work with. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and told me about their current deals. I was on my break and worried that I wouldn’t have enough time to get everything taken care of, but he worked quickly and efficiently to ensure that I got my new phone, and would make it back to work on time. Aaron B. Assisted me with my new IPhone 14 setup. He was outstanding. His customer service was above & beyond excellent.

I was in and out in like 10 minutes which I don’t think has ever happened for me before in a cell phone retailer. Aaron helped me troubleshoot a problem with my phone when I thought I was going to have to get a new phone. I really appreciated him helping me and saving my money for a new phone down the road when I really need one. He also explained to me my options when I am ready for a new phone. He was so kind and helpful. Additionally he sanitized the area before I sat down and put up the plexi glass to separate us as much as possible. It made me feel very safe in these strange times. Kudos to Aaron and kudos to this store. Will definitely be my go to store in the Richmond area now!
