Friendly Butcher, he will even custom cut some steaks for you if you give him some advance notice . Excellent Deli & Bakery items on point .

They are very helpful and always up beat, if you're going camping up 33 it's the last store before Cuyama or Foster Park. Snow topa topas vons parking lot. Happy Happy New Year and Merry Christmas, the big tree is all lit up at holiday time.Have fun!

When I walk into this vons I feel a sense of welcoming. Its very clean and organized. The employees at this location are always willing to go out of their way to help me with a smile on their face. Their restroom is always clean. The employees seem to be more friendly every time I go in.

I went in quite late at night because it was the only store open in this somewhat sleepy town, and also it's a large store with a variety of products. Shopping experience was fine, and as far as I know, and I'm not an expert, it's the largest store around. Sue you might want to be acquainted.

Always well maintained and stocked. It's an older store with smaller isles. This is only an issue when the store is really busy. Staff are helpful and efficient. Check out, even when really busy never takes long. And they open more registers when needed. There's a deli counter though I've never gotten any food there.

Large selection at great prices. Vons is owned by Albertsons so if you have a Safeway, Tom Thumb, etc. phone number membership, you can get brilliant discounts.

One of the nicest Vons I’ve ever been to. The store manager and associates were very friendly. Gave me their time, were kind, patient, pleasant; overall a great experience thank you Vons!

My 2 year old and I go here in rainy days because their car carts are like a carnival ride for him. The people who work here are so helpful. And they're the only place open in town till midnight!
The only downside is that the lines can get crazy long in the evenings, and if you hit it certain times of the week they're out of
some stuff. They're great about telling you when they get their deliveries, though.

It’s a place you can shop and knock over one thing or two because how narrow it gets when you have cart to push.
The store employees are very organized and honest. Great customer service at times when you didn’t need it but somehow worked out exceptionally good. Sean was quick thinking individual who cheered me up by finding my dough.

Well I'll give this one a 5, only because the employees work their tails off, only to be let down by the corporate b.s.!! Give them a chance though the staff is great!

I had a great experience here today. I didn’t have too much trouble finding things and the cashier was very nice. It’s a convenient location as there aren’t any many large supermarkets in Ojai. They had a nice selection of items and people were helpful. I will return here again in the future.

Great customer service! And I'm so glad they added the self checkout area. Makes for a speedy checkout or a less stressful checkout for us introverts! 😆

Came here for a new essentials for some hiking SisTa and had planned to do. It's like most Vons grocery stores, offering the fresh, the cold, and the frozen items. As a resident of LA County, I walked in with my own reusable grocery bag and felt as though eyes were following me as I put my items in the bag. I didn't walk away without paying for every item, so I was in the clear both mind and soul.

What I liked about this Vons was the lack of crowds and friend staff members. With most registers open, the lines were short. Standing in line I overheard the check-out clerk chatting it up with, what was clear through their conversation, was a local. I find towns like this quaint, although I highly doubt I could ever see myself living in one, a town where everyone knows your name and your business??? Yikes!!! There are some things I would rather not know.

Anyhow, ever find yourself in Ojai in the need of some essentials? This Vons can probably hook you up. They had everything I needed, and I was out in a jiffy.

The Vons I grew up with. We always knew they didn't have the best selection further north, but I came here plenty of times on my off campus lunch break from Nordhoff. I learned a lot here too, not to go ballistic with prepaid gift cards, since I could buy them without my parents knowing. Now I know money management. Thank you Vons.
