I needed a pair of boots, and I told him the parameters he came to me with options. He was a super friendly, amazing guy. He even found me a wallet just by listening to me. All of his recommendations were on point.

It's been a couple of years. But I'm still using regularly all the gear I purchased there. From boots to belts and my pride and joy the full length leather riding jacket.
Service is the same quality as their products, great!

I visited the Davis Creek location to shop for some casual shoes and instead found a pair of boots that I LOVED. I was on the fence about spending the money, but they have a great layaway plan. I pondered over the night and the mext day callled Barbara, who had helped me the previous evening, to see if they had my size in the boots. She knew exactly the ones and by the time I stopped in she had pulled FOUR pair with variances in shade of the boot so I could see them all. She had them set aside on a table just for me! Now THAT is customer service i picked the ones I liked and put them on layaway. I am a very pleased customer and definitely highly reccomend them!0

Amazing deals guy picked out the perfect pair of boots based off of some details. Super friendly even found me a wallet lol I'd go again just for that guy's customer service simply superb.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice boots, work, dress or leisure. Pants, shirts, belts, wallets etc. Western and country wear.

Nice store there outlaw boots are junk

Hours are impossible. Husband had to take a whole day off work to return some boots since they close at 5 and are closed on weekends. Tried to return at mall and they couldn’t return our money there. Why make it so impossible to do business with you? For a business that caters to the “working man” you sure make it hard for the working man to give you their business with such limited hours. We will be shopping elsewhere from here on out.

Make sure you review this company's return policy, even if "it's been in place for 20 years". Can be difficult to return a gift, based on the policy that "it's been in place for 20 years", lol...shop for leather elsewhere!
