Excellent experience at Lake Sumter Landing! Was welcomed in by Michael and then referred to Courtney who helped me with everything that I needed! Best experience I have ever had with AT&T so far! Forever customer!

At the At&T store in Sumter Landing, FL…The Rep's name was Angel. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and listened to what we needed first.

After helping us, he reviewed our contract and suggested new & improved ways to make our experience as AT@T clients work for us.

In the future, if we have any issues, we will go back to that location to work with Angel.

He is a 9.95 out of 10!

Manny did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond. The only problem was that he had to wait on several customers at the same time. But he handled it well!

I needed help with setting up my new phone, the SIM card in the old one. He set me up with a new SIM for my new phone, and transfered all data from the bad phone. He also got me set up with unlimited data for the whole family. Very personable and great to work with.

My local AT&T store helps me solve issues that come up so I learn better how my new phone functions.

We visited the Lake Sumter Landing AT&T store twice to get our questions answered about using the International Day Pass and our options for phones for our upcoming overseas trip. Both times Devon and Jt were extremely friendly and helpful! We feel very confident that we will know what to do once we get to our destination.

I went into the AT&T store to upgrade my phone and Drew helped me to get everything done. I was unsure if I wanted to stay with Samsung or switch to Apple and he was able to educate me on all of my options and he made sure that I ended up with a phone that fit my needs. I appreciated that Drew did not rush me and I did not feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. Next time I visit the store I will absolutely be requesting him!

The young man who served me was terrific! He handled my rather unusual technical problem quickly and well. He also solved another problem that led me to upgrade my cell data limits. A great visit!

Caleb goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide exceptional service unlike any other representative with other carriers we’ve worked with! We were in a bit of a situation with our current provider... my husband and I are moving to Alaska which doesn’t have the carriers towers or stores. So we had to pay off our phones with T-mobile and cancel our service and decided to go with AT&T! I’m from Florida and I know a lot of people who work with Caleb personally with their service and questions and he never fails to deliver the most professional and knowledgeable information no matter the case! He did just that. He spent quite a few hours helping my husband and I get everything sorted out and made it THE MOST smooth transition we’ve ever experienced when it comes to switching carriers... which everyone knows can be extremely stressful and sometimes misleading. Well, not with this store and it’s employees! When it comes down to things like this which can be pricey and overwhelming, you want to feel like you’re in the best care possible and being taken care of appropriately and ultimately that removes the stress and it can be fun! Caleb made it just that, a fun and unforgettable experience. He understood the stress we had with having no choice but to pay off 2 phones and switch carriers! He made sure we were getting a military discount, helped set up the HBO Max account that comes with our plan and informed us of the deals going on so we would be getting the best bang for our buck! When it comes to any future questions or concerns we could encounter, I will be calling Caleb and his store from Alaska to help us! If you’re in the area and want to make sure you’re in good hands, go see them!

Julia was so extremely helpful. We didn’t feel pushed into services we didn’t want nor need. Very kind, honest individual who even took the time to find the best deal and save us a bunch of money. We need more Julia’s in this world.
