Go Store It Self Storage

Just rented a unit and the facility is very nice and orderly. The office is set up where you speak to someone in a virtual camera. She was very accommodating and did not see an issue with this even though I am an older gentleman.

The facility was super clean. Dustin gave me all the info I needed to get my rental agreement going and was really cool about the things I needed in order to move in. The process was very easy and quick. Thank you.

The man who did our paperwork was very friendly, answered all out endless questions(LOL), and gave a level of customer service you DO NOT receive from majority of businesses. My husband and I are very excited to see how this facility goes as our past experience has not been pleasant. Just from the initial encounter it is off to a great start and we have high hopes!!! :) Thank You GoStoreIt

No contact set up and payment, awesome host. Only issue was after making several trips in and out, the keypad code stopped opening the door. Facility is clean.

I called earlier in the day and spoke to Dustin about renting a unit. They closed at 6, and I told him I could be there before that. Unfortunately I was held late at work and walked in the door at 5:58 at GoStoreIt. Dustin was INCREDIBLY so kind and treated with me respect and never made me feel like I inconvenienced him even though I extended his work day. He showed me the unit, explained the locking mechanism, and went through the paperwork in high detail and answered any questions I had. Never rushed me or shorted me in any way. Super fantastic customer service, and it made me even more secure in my choice to use go store it for my items. Thanks again Dustin!
