I went in to buy a wheel bearing and my check engine light is on. I’ve been numerous times to AutoZone for my axle for my tie rod and Being that, I am a female, who does my own mechanics on my car John took the time to be thorough on the information he was providing John was absolutely amazing to talk to you. I purchased brake sensor switch. It was faulty and the store didn't have any more in stock. They called another store and I got it from them. Also faulty. Fell apart and missing spring. The associate offered to upgrade no additional charge, unfortunately order item. New one doesn't fit and I will take it back. I gave 5 stars because of their excellent customer service.

These guys are simply amazing! My truck broke down in the middle of the road in front of the store and they came out to jump it. The alternator had blue so they put me in contact with somebody that came and fixed it on sight.

Helping me with the battery (
Mercedes because I got a great deal saved me. $$$$190, they even installing it.

My car had difficulty starting so I brought it to AutoZone and Lance was exceedingly helpful. He quickly diagnosed the proble to be a battery issue. He tested the battery and confirmed his suspicions. He looked up my account and determined was nearly at the end of its warranty period. Because of his diligence, he saw that m warranty a little more than a month to go which meant I was able to get the battery replaced at no charge. There aren't many places on could go to get he superior customer that service that Lance provided for me. You know I'll be back. Thank you Lance.

All I can say Bob that works the night shift goes above and beyond for his customers highly knowledgeable and if it wasn't for or him I don't know what the store would entail

I had to get a front headlight for my Mitsubishi Lancer and the young guy broke the counter was very helper. He even took time away from his counter to go outside and put the headlight bulb into my car. Thank you for all you did for me that day.

Sean Bowen the manager was extremely professional and helpful! I needed a receipt for my company that had been lost a month earlier and he took the extra time to find it! He was kind and didn’t make it seem it was an inconvenience, like I have experienced at some places! The store was clean and efficient! In addition and the entire staff was polite and helpful!

I've been in the service business for over 30 years. The hardest thing to find are good people and good parts people. This Autozone is has the best of both worlds. The people are Awesome and Sean, Chris and Russell are Amazing parts guy's. Just the Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
