AT&T Store

I stopped by the store yesterday and received outstanding customer service from the manager. The store had recently experienced a flood but you could see he was still focused on serving the customers quickly and effectively despite the chaos. He fixed my problem in a couple minutes! He had a great attitude and I noticed he was making sure all his customers were satisfied as well!

I needed help! I am a senior citizen and a first time I phone user. I visited the AT&T store in Parrish. I was greeted by Ben. I thought I would get that “attitude”, that senior citizens often find when it comes to electronics. The clerk often makes seniors feel like they have a non functioning brain. I was ready for the attitude BUT Was I ever wrong!!!!!! BEN was efficient, kind, fully explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Made me feel valued as a new customer of AT&T. Frankie and Ben are miracle workers!!! They saved me money by updating AT &T plans, upgrading my phones, and solving app and email issues I had. Absolutely fantastic staff!! Thank you!

Gabby, Ben, and Frankie are the best. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5. Their presentation and setup of phone was a very good. I had lots of questions and visited store several times, was always welcomed with a hello and smile every time. A big thank you, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Very good experience. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and simplified the process in getting me a new phone…and seamlessly added my phone to an existing multiple party contract without any issues. Highly recommend based on this experience.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had at the Parrish AT&T Store. Frank was terrific, answered all my questions and never once tried to upsell me. I’d give Frank 10 stars!

Gaby is awesome! On two occasions I called AT&T and they caused several problems with my account. On bothe occasions, Gaby took the time to rectify the problem.

Each time, Gaby was professional and took the time to research the problem and explain what was wrong. Talking to Gaby was easy, and her personality made my experience less painful. I will seek out Gaby before calling an AT&T service rep.

Gaby is a valuable asset.

The lady who worked there on 9/23 in the afternoon was very helpful. I unfortunately forgot her name. She smiles and greets me. She was able to answer my questions and at the end she asked if there was anything else she could help me with. There were two senior customers before me as I walked in, these customers left all happy and were asking her her name and told her thank you for your help today. That sweet young lady all smily responded « you are welcome and hope you enjoy your new phone » thank you and God bless you young lady!

ale was very professional and helpful during my visit. she was very informative and answered all my questions. i was skeptical about this place but ale reassured me and made me comfortable into buying a phone. she is the best worker there. always ask for ale SHES THE BEST!!

i walked into the store on May 3rd of 2023.. and there was a woman yelling at the employee. As i observed the interaction the girl handled it very professionally. I witnessed the interaction that “Gina” experienced she was positively rude to the employee! The young lady was very helpful with me.

Everyone has their own experience and mine was great! Thank you ladies for being so kind and understanding. I had just lost my phone the river and the ladies working we able to recover my information and get me up and running in my new phone:)

Coralis was an absolute pleasure to work with she was so helpful and was able to help me above and beyond what I imagined!!! She deserves a raise, promotion or some kind of recognition within your company because she is the only reason I stayed with with AT&T as I was ready to change service but Coralis was able to keep me around as a happy customer! Major kudos to Coralis!!!!

Tristan went above and beyond helping my dad today. He kept in touch with me up here in Michigan to let me know how things are going with Dad’s phone number and account. I highly recommend AT&T and Tristan! Thank you so much! Your professionalism and courtesy is so refreshing nowadays.

very helpful respectful . my husband passed away the same morning I went there employees knew what to do as I got there I was stressed emotional coming for them.. & all they wanted to do is help i started to cry and they all cheered me up great service! bought them a box of pizza! My house is lonely it felt like I was home

5 Star very satisfied ( Jake and Tristan ) were both very helpful and educational about our new devices. The entire process was very smooth including transferring all our data from old device to new device.

They truly understand great customer service . I would give them 11 stars ⭐ if I could. It's been a couple years since I had been to a cellular phone service provider because I find they ultimately just don't care about the individual customer. They want to get you in and out with most expensive phone that ultimately may not even work for your lifestyle or preferences.

Not at this AT&T they go above and beyond to make sure the phone is a right fit your lifestyle and the accessories are ones you will actually use.

So very pleased with the customer service and we will be back definitely. You can trust you will be well taken care of at this location .

Gabriall was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is by far the employee of the month.

Today I visited AT&T in Parrish Fl with an issue of voicemail not working.
I had this issue over 2 weeks. Your tech kept me on the phone for over 3 hours and nothing could be done.
I’m writing to inform you who did work to solve my problem successfully. They deserve recognition and compensation for helping me.

The young lady, Rissa, was most helpful not only with me but with a very elderly couple that walked in while I was there. I couldn’t help notice how patient she was with them and understanding. The couple had to be well in their 80’s and naturally were technologically ally challenged, had no idea what their passwords were, had an outdated cord fur a particular cell phone, etc. Rissa got on a phone with AT&T trying to work out the problem in their behalf. I noticed the elderly man’s hands were shaking. Rissa was so understanding and patient with them. You don’t often see that in young people anymore. Rissa is a credit to your store. Janet Kasic

Amaya is a rockstar. She was extremely helpful in getting my son's apple watch added to our plan. She was kind, courteous, and answered all of our questions. I would recommend visiting Amaya and the Parrish location for any of your phone needs.

Joanna was / is an amazing person representing your company. If it were not for her I would not be paying the amount and saving on my bill. Thanks to her and great personality and patience I am walking away as beyond a satisfied customer .. she is def a keeper at ur store. I would highly recommend anyone coming to see her.
