MARCO WAS AMAZING!! HELPED ME RESOLVE AN ISSUE I HAD WITH MY BILL AND GUIDED ME TO THE CORRECT ROUTE TO FIX THE ISSUE. IM SO HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH HIM HERE AT THIS LOCATION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. LOOK FOR MARCO WHEN YOU VISIT.

Juan Bonilla assisted me with my upgrade it ended up being a little bit complicated with my account and he was very helpful navigating the road bumps! Highly recommend this store and their staff, they’re so nice and willing to help.

Ashley was the best!! Honestly best customer service I have received at any store ever. Would bought recommend coming when she is working! Fast, multitasker, friendly and knows what her customers wants and needs. Thanks so much for the new iPhone!

One of the best AT&T stores in the are. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kudos to Joshua, he is very smart knowledgeable tech savvy. We were at several stores know what could help us with our phone issue. Joshua made it in minutes. If you have an issue or get a new phone get your phone at this location. And check in with Joshua.

Had a wonderful experience with Ashley today went to ask a question ended up upgrading my phone. Ashley is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She’s an asset to your company.

The first thing I did was check the reviews of the location on line and 4.0 was their rating. I went an hour after opening, was greeted immediately Danny. He was awesome and so was Melanie. They worked very well together and I am very pleased with the service provided.

I went in to this store with a friend to upgrade 2 phones and add a line. It took a little over 2 hours because my friend is a little older and isn't tech savvy at all. She asked a ton of questions. Joshua and Will were very patient and took the time to answer all our questions. They said more than once they wanted us to be satisfied with our experience and to ask as many questions as needed until she felt comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keep up the great work guys!

Juan at the South OBT office was very professional and provided excellent service. He explained how to transfer my information from one phone to another and showed me how to reset my settings🙂

This store is always attentive and has answers to ALL my questions.

Josh was AWESOME! Very professional and did not feel rushed at all! Helped us get our internet/tv & new iPhones! Took his time to explain us everything. The only worker there today, Marco, deserves a $&@?ing medal. He was the only person there for five customers and did a magnificent job managing it all and treating us with the same calm and collected manner he would if we were the only ones there.

I felt bad that he was the only one there, having to deal with several customers. To the owner: just so you know, this reflects poorly on you. Marco is cool, but we as customers feel pressure when other folk are waiting behind us and might not purchase as much just to be polite and let the clerk get to them. It makes us resent the shop and not want to come back. Fix this.

Me and my family recommend this place. The staff their Joshua and Juan are extremely helpful and honest. No complaints whatsoever!!!

So happy to have come into this location. After so many bad experiences with other competitors. I have made the greatest decision to switch over to this amazing company. I came in and was immediately greeted by Agent named Joshua. He made sure all my needs were met and helped me upgrade my phone to IPhone 8, provided different options in accessories to select from. And even offered to put the screen protector that I purchased. He provided great customer service and will definetly be my to go person whenever I need assistance with my services.

Great customer service! Joshua and Will took their time explaining everything to myself and my husband regarding our phone plans and phone options. They were extremely patient and took their time. If you have ATT as your service provider you need to visit!

Due to knowing how quick it was before i went back. I was AMAZED! i dropped my phone and shattered my glass screen protection they replaced it for me so quick. NO BUBBLES. and they had a super cute clearance shelf i got new work out ear buds and a home speaker pod :)
