I went in here to change from AT&T services to another carrier. When the services changed, the other carrier dropped the ball. I couldn't use my phone as my SIM card stopped working. They told me to work it out with AT&T. Even though I was no longer a customer, Randy - who was absolutely exceptional - patiently sorted through my problem and even went through layers of management until they solved the underlying issue which was rather complex. I could not have been more satisfied with AT&T and look forward to becoming a customer again in the near future.

Zay works on Friday and Saturday and worth the wait for one of those days. Zay really works to connect and support the customer to the best possible outcome. Thanks AT&T for hiring people who seem to truly care about the customer and their experience!

Jen greeted us at the door with a friendly smile. We came in with a great need for an honest evaluation of services. Jen was generous with her time and proved very professional, knowledgeable and thorough during our interaction. We feel totally satisfied that she solved our many support issues. There was almost no wait for service. You won’t be disappointed if you seek her out. She’s awesome!

Alex, was very helpful with getting me a new phone for my sister had a few issues when getting shipped to my house, but Alex was able to help me to assure I got my phone !

I have been an AT&T customer since 2021, I absolutely LOVE it. The only one we go to is south Salem location. We interact with Jennifer every single time!!! Never ever ever been disappointed she explains every single thing never are surprised by any fees or anything of the sorts. We have been going to the same location for over a year since our first interaction. She’s the most personable customer service person we’ve ever met ! She talks to us about so much more than phones we absolutely adore her ! We will continue to go there as long as she works :)

Zay was super helpful and had a great attitude through the whole process. It took a while to make decisions and he was very patient.

Alex was super friendly and helpful on Sat 1/28/23 when I went in to the store with what I thought was a broken phone. He greeted us at the door and jumped right into helping me and working on my phone. He had my phone fixed and we were out of there in minutes. We had so much time left we were able to ask him lots of questions about future services and products. I am so happy with Alex and his great service!! Made my whole weekend as I thought my phone was a goner.

Today I went in to upgrade my phone to the Iphone 14. I was helped by Jenifer. She was very helpful, she looked for every possible bargain she could find for me to save money, which I appreciated. She was efficient, helped me transfer all my information from my old phone to my new one and helped me pair my watch to the new phone. I would recommend asking for her if you go in the store.

Cristal and Alex are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made sure I got what I needed.

Jennifer (aka Jen) is amazingly helpful and she is very knowledgeable and respectful. I seek her out when I go into the store and would wait an hour if I had to just to have her help me. Oh. And all but my watch arrived the VERY NEXT DAY! As soon as my watch arrives, I’ll go back to the store to have her help me set up my iPad, watch and new phone.

Jen is amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Enjoyed my whole experience trading old phone in for new one. It was painless, loved that!!
