I love this shop! I’m from Des Moines, but every time my daughter and I are in Clear Lake/Mason City my daughter and I stop and stock up on our favorite juices they offer. We can’t get them in Des Moines. Sure we can get them cheaper online, but the bossy lady makes it so enjoyable every visit. Great customer service from everyone every time I’ve stopped.

I've been coming to this vape shop for 6 years or more. Hands down this is the place to go for any vaping needs. The knowledge that the staff has is far superior than the handful of times I've had to go elsewhere. They are not afraid to offer suggestions or opinions regarding products, even if the price of that product is cheaper than what you were looking at. I'm the type of person who asks lots of questions and not once have I felt rushed to get the sale over and done. Thank you River City Vape Shop. In my opinion your my go to, vape shop.

Amazing! Hubby and I got new vapes and Brandon was awesome helped us get exactly what we needed, took his time and explained things to us. The shop looks like a place you just want to hang out and forget you still in Mason City lol We had issues with the hubby's vape he called and I ran down and got it all fixed up no worries! I absolutely love my vape it's so me and I got pink and blue the cotton candy vape juice and I LOVE IT just like fair cotton candy!

I arrived 10min to closing ( thinking they closed later than they actually did) with questions needing help deciding on what was right for me. The young man working (long hair wearing a beanie, SORRY I FORGOT YOUR NAME) was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and overall nicest person I've met since moving to Mason City, helped me to make an informed decision without pressuring me into something I'd later regret. The store has everything you could need as well as things you didn't know you needed.

I was very impressed with this shop!!!! I have been waiting for a shop to open in this area for years and am VERY thankful that we have one. And as a kicker they are great people and will help you get what you want. They have a great selection of products and juice for EVERYONE from beginner to expert. If you are from the area get out and support this place!!!!! The only way you will not be impressed is if you do not visit. Great owners, great products and great atmosphere. I think I found the ONLY place I will be purchasing from for awhile.

Amazing customer service! Friendly outgoing knowledgeable staff very patient showing me how to fill change out etc. Asked me questions so that they could know what i was looking for (replacement part), with that kmowledge they were able to direct me to what suited me best and was not directed toward the most expensive. Because of thier knowledge and patience with me my other half purchased a replacement as well. Also the store itself was clean with a great atmosphere! Kudos!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Helped me figure out exactly what mod I needed for MY needs. Didn’t try to up sale me. Did I pay a little more? Yes I did. And this is why I did. 1. The owner and employees live in my town. 2. If I have a problem I don’t have to box it up and ship it back and wait for it to come back. 3. If I see a new flavor I want to try they will fix you up at the vape bar I don’t have to buy a bottle of something I might not like. Thanks guys.

Nice, cozy little shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'm a big proponent of shopping local first and make a point to drop in to see if they have what I want. Always feel like a kid in a candy store with all the products and juices available and the rewards program is a welcome perk!

Good people. Great knowledge on juice and tanks and mods. As a beginner I learned alot from just hanging around and just chatting. They have a ton of juices and have some you can sample too. Definitely the best place in town to get juices and supplies from.

Brand new to the big vape game. Been using vuse for a few years and decided for a change. Met the owner of the business and with not knowing a single thing about vaping she helped me every step of the way and explained everything. Learned a lot in a few minutes I was in there. Would highly recommend this place on customer service alone.

Everything I have gotten from RCVC has been solid. Staff is knowledgeable and imo that is what makes for a great shop. You can tell the owner has a passion for helping people. A place to get the best gear and juices and guidance. Very happy with the service I have gotten. Definitely a great company that cares about vaping as a whole and its clientele. Would recommend to anyone who vapes or wants to.

Crazy good prices. The most knowledgeable staff I have ever seen. Biggest juice supply ever. If you want to quit smoking or just do it for fun you have to go here. They will take care of you.

Amazing shop and great staff ... Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and trying a few of the in house juices and I was very sastified . They even have fund raisers to help other shop owners who have had tuff times . I will always enjoy driving the hour and half trip there because I know I will be happy with my juice and service 😀
