Only a short wait. I called ahead and Jeff was helpful and knew exactly the solution that was right for me. Store had lots of phones to choose from in all price points. From my observation of the employees while I was there, they were patient, attentive, and spent time explaining the options and features to the other customers making purchases. My transaction experience was quick and efficient. I left having everything I needed. This store is a good representation of what a phone store should be, and a good example of great customer service.

Our rep was Aaron. He was pleasant and patient. When we arrived he told us that when his client comes back he will have to take care of her (she left and had to come back). Which, we were fine with. When she arrived he was almost done with us so he continued with us but still tried to help her. She was an elderly lady and he offered her a seat by the counter while she waited.

Went in at the last minute with a big issue and Deon was a rockstar and solved it within 15 minutes… if that. My husband I thank you! He deserves a promotion!

I was lucky enough to be serviced by Aaron Dejarnette a couple of weeks ago. I walked in stressed because my screen stopped working. He quickly found me a phone in stock that I wanted. Then he creativity helped transfer my information from one phone to another. He calmed my nerves and assured me the transfer would capture all of my information. Due to having a ton of photos on my phone the transfer took over an hour. He continued to be friendly and professional while helping other customers. Always checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I appreciate his professionalism and the conversation. This store will definitely become my home store for all of our T Mobile needs. Also note, the rest of the Tmobile team were busy helping many customers, each one was outgoing and helpful. Every customer left satisfied and with a smile on their face. GREAT JOB TMOBILE. What a great experience with two professionals, Danny and Aaron. We seamlessly switched four lines over from another provider. So mad we waited this ling to do it. Very happy with this store and both employees. Will be recommending to all our friends for phone and internet.

There are no words to describe these amazing people at this store. I was in the store in the process of buying new phones from I believe his name is Garret when my husband and two kids left me to go pick up our other kid from work. I called them from the store to find out what color phone my daughter would like and during the phone call my family was in a pretty horrific auto accident. I proceeded to completely freak out and panic and yell and scream and cry all while Garret? and Tristan did their best to calm me down, call 911, hug me, get me water. Then being I was stuck at the store, after they closed up Tristan took me in his personal car and drove me to the scene to make sure I could be with my family all while I was screaming and crying and panicking. Not only did Tristan get me to the scene quickly and safely, he stayed on scene with me and my family for at least 20 minutes to ensure we were all ok. These two gentlemen went way above and beyond and deserve the utmost respect. They never panicked or got mad, they were solely there for me and my family. Thank you guys so very much, you are definitely special people.

My local T-Mobile store is awesome. I usually just go in for a need item, today it was to have my screen protector replaced.

I mentioned to Caleb, the associate that helped me, that the protection that the tempered glass overlay offered was invaluable. He agreed and was very thorough with the care he took replacing the protector. He also smartly updated me on new promotions offered by T-Mobile.

My husband and I had a very good experience at this store a few days ago. The manager met with us outside the store (due to Covid) and listened to what we needed. Then he gave some options and explained then we’ll we made our decision (and received free upgraded I phones! and then sent us inside the store to do business.). After that we dealt with Janessa. She was EXCELLENT!! She was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. She explained things well. She was respectful and had a cute sense of humor. We had an excellent experience in this store. We walked in to switch our mobile service from AT&T. We were greeted right away, we had to wait like 5 minutes before someone was able to help us. Caleb was our T-Mobile associate and he was so pleasant to work with. He made the switch so easy. He had great customer service and was so wonderful to work with!! Thank you Caleb for all your help today!!!

This store deserves 5 stars across the board, the manager Billy went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Second to none service.

Caleb and Danny were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting our phone service transferred over. We switched 5 phone lines and a cellular watch. Their amazing promotions allowed us to payoff two phones that were under contract, upgraded three phones, add another cellular watch and add a cellular tablet all while saving money! If your looking to save money and get great customer service I highly recommend visiting this location!!

This team (Janessa, Caleb, Tyler) is epic! I was not even a T-Mobile customer yet, but they spent two hours with me resolving a crazy problem I had with my previous cell carrier. Patient, helpful, smart, polite, nice, compassionate. Love them!!!!!

Jeff at T-Mobile over here is amazing, he upgraded all of my lines internet speeds while we are servicing the Powerlines for hurricane Ian and even got my overall phone plan to a cheaper rate in the process I highly recommend him for his customer service and knowledge of the overall T-Mobile products and phone plans!

The entire store staff and manager are so friendly! They knew about all the products (can’t say that for most places!) and gave us honest advice. They joked with my teens, when most companies only care about the person paying. Great store to get your phones!!

Awesome customer service. My wife and I came in to change carriers from AT&T to T Mobile. Calab made it simple, fun, and easy. He had us set up and ported our numbers over, except one that was an Alaskan number, but that was not fault of his. If you need any help, these people will take care of you. Thank you guys.

Jose and Justin we're the most helpful, knowledgable, coolest dudes you could hope to meet. When you can go somewhere and get amazing service, and also an awesome conversation, it makes the experience so much more enjoyable. I legitimately want to hang out with these two!

Stopped in to inquire about switching to T Mobile. The team at the Ellenton location was extremely informative and helpful. Danny gave us all the information we needed to decide what route we wanted to go. I'm happy to say we chose to go with T Mobile. The process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this company and location!!

Had a problem unlocking a t mobile phone. After multiple phone calls and emails I went to this store and was helped by Larry the office manager. I showed him all my messages and emails. He made a call and in a matter of minutes my phone was unlocked. Larry is awesome!
