Store is always clean & bright. Friendly staff. Always stocked well on all kinds of beverages, snacks, hot foods, cold foods, cigarettes, etc. Beware of loiterers though.

I have been using this gas station exclusively for the past 5+ years. They usually have great customer service and I've never had an issue until recently. Their customer service has been suffering lately given the new self-serve machines (one employee got annoyed that I had to enlist their aid in order to complete my purchase and gave me lip about it), but the worse experience was today when I only pumped $28.01 of gas but my card got charged the full $30 instead, which I find very odd considering the machine has only charged me the correct amount w/o fail every other time for the past 5+ years. I have tried calling various times, given I live 45min away from said gas station and can't just simply drive all the way back to argue my case, but no one has ever picked up the phone. I do hope someone in charge that cares about the establishment at least replies to this review and tries to establish some form of communication w/ the hopes of remedying the situation. Until then I can guarantee you have lost a regular customer.

Store was closed tonight and, of course, it's not posted ANYWHERE online when you search for the closest OPEN location to you. So, thinking that the store is open and operating normally like any other regular night, you waste your time and gas going there only to find that they closed because they were short staffed. But Circle K normally operates most nights with only 2 staff members. And I DO SEE 2 (TWO) Staff members AND A MANAGER PRESENT! SOOOOOOOOO....... WHY ARE THEY CLOSING THE STORE FRFR???????????????

This store could be closed at anytime when you get there. 8pm,10pm,2am . It happen to me more than 3 times when I try to get cigarettes or gas . You just don’t know it’s open or not . The worker come outside and guide me to 7-11 to pump Gas and they just stay inside and lock the door. I have to go to 7-11 even I live right across the street . How about change your business time on the Google maps and not wasting people’s time .

I'll preface this statement by saying that if I could give this store NEGATIVE stars, I would happily do so!!! Do you like standing in a 14+ people queue in the am when you need to get an item(s) & go, quickly? Do love it when only one register is open & the other employee is chatting it up with the worker at the register? How about absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or acknowledgement to any customers. Well, if any of the above tickled your fancy, you've come to the right spot. Although this is a rush to judgment I decided to post this only after speaking to an employee or 2 at the Discount Tire next door, which confirmed the above statements. THIS IS THE WORST CIRCLE IN ORLANDO!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

The lady at the register was very rude as we walked into the store on 6-23-20 at 8:20pm she began yelling at us for not a mask in the store and she had her mask down at her chin where her mouth and nose are fully exposed. We go out to our truck to get our masks and come back inside to hear her yelling at someone else about not wearing a mask. The entire 8 min we were in the store she helped 4 customers with her mask to her chin exposing her nose and mouth the whole time until we looked at her mask really awkwardly till she caught the hint and finally put it on right before she started touching all of my groceries to bag them. It would be nice that if this is a store rule to wear a mask inside the store that if they are going to tell at you as you enter they should atleast be wearing theirs while they are in the store as well...

We stopped her often for gas so we decided to go in and get some slushies the machine was down, we we thought we would get some sodas and the machine for them wasn't working right.
Then the next day we stopped for quick coffee run and most of the flavors were out and the ice coffee machine didn't work right and was shutting out water.
I got a bottled ice cofee since I figured it would be safe, by was I wrong I got to work and I went to open it and looked closer at it and it was gross and chunky ( which I didn't see till went to open it) it had expired in May 2018
I was at work already so I didn't take it back but that is unacceptable. We will not be back here again.

I used to love going to this location every morning for coffee and gas fill up when I need it, but for some reason the owner stopped putting the yellow or blue sweetners. Now They only have the aweful pink and the nasty aftertaste green ones. I'm a diabetic, so this is important to me. They lost my business

Sam is a horrible store manager. Needs to be replaced asap. Or RETRAINED. store was closed all night due to him not being there with the employee that was in training sitting in the back all night.
