I want to thank Cathy at JC Penny in West Oaks mall, who after receiving a call from Quinn at the Altamonte Springs mall, searched her store both in the front and the stock room till she found what I needed Both these women were polite, friendly and professional, going above and beyond and taking the time to help me.

Prices are high. I could not find one employee to help me look for a shirt or Jean size. The boys section had a blower to take out air moisture like the ones the carpet cleaners use, and the smell of Mold/Mildew in that area was very strong. I had to leave with my family because we were all coughing.
This store needs better management. The adidas section was offering styles that are not new and very high price point. You can get better prices at any Adidas outlet with lower % at a better price.

Very clean a good store in a mall that is almost totally gone.

I honestly can't believe this place is still open here. Most other chain department stores have left this mall.

We're from Michigan where my sister retired from Penny's years ago. This facility in FL is very clean and pretty well stocked. Hope they can hang on, what with all the store closings all over.

The salon is absolutely magical. The service was very good! We were so pleased with the way our hair highlights turned out! It was the same exact tone we were looking for and it is very convenient. Mabelle is the kindest sweetest hairstylist. She is very good and experienced in what she does. She knew what would match my personality and she gave me a great and complete makeover! Very impressed! Always going here!

Penny stands strong, and the sales are swell . The perfume and makeup sections offer chairs that are very comfortable.

Yes I shop at JCPenney's at the West oak Mall all the time Sharon and the shoe department she is the best and she deserves a big raise the way she really takes care of the customers I could go to her and order offline and everything comes back correct my name is Clarice

Had to take an item back. While looking up the receipt in the parking before I went inside, I found that it's a total dead zone for internet and had to drive back out to the road to get service. LOL! Other than that, the staff was very nice and took care of my needs.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was attentive to our questions and we were asked if we needed help several times. They had a lot of clerance items, which of course we shopped, and that was probably the only very unorganized and scattered sections... but I know it's not their falt.

JCPENNEY staff is always courteous and helpful. I purchased a couple of wallets during a buy one get on half off sale. The traffic in this store was minimal. For a peaceful shopping experience I highly recommend this store.

I miss the old days of Penneys, but still had great customer service.

I buy a lot of jewelry for my wife here and when I go they are very helpful and go the extra mile to help me with whatever I need. I like that even when the person behind the counter is busy they will always take a moment recognize me and let me know they will be with me as soon as possible.

I found everything I was looking to buy.
