I was there this morning on 12/31/23. The manager customer service was amazing and very rare = meaning excellent. The meat department butcher allways professional in cutting my pork shoulder and his staff is amazing. Overall love going there and will continue being their customer. Every employee in that store also are amazing 👏. Happy New Years and 2025 brings you more customers. THANK YOU!!!!

It is great place in Metrowest where you find all kind of grocery. Employees are kind specially Monica at the cashier. She was nice and helped me real fast. Highly recommend this place.

Besides the parking lot, always in constant chaos; this is one of the Bravos I frequent the most. I always appreciate the fact that on holiday's they are always open.

Im from nyc and everytime I come to Orlando I must pick up food from here, it's like I never left nyc.. in fact I will say that the meat selection here is way better than the meat selection in the city.. Thank u for always being consistent with the quality of your products

Hey y'all it's your girl China, this supermarket I consider International because it does have options of food choices from different countries that was so awesome. when you as a person who loves to cook, you get to witness the ingredients that you see on some of these cooking channels so I found that a highlight of this shopping experience the store was clean organized spacious meaning wheelchair accessible I like to meet Department how everything was separate and you could identify what you were purchasing the aisles was wide and spacious it seemed to be divided by cultures that was cool one aisle was Jamaican the other aisle might have been African the other aisle Hispanic the other aisle Asian Etc they even had a little full spot of ethnic food hot so you can purchase I don't drink but they do sell alcohol overall this was a wonderful experience I spent almost $400 because I just moved here from Minnesota first time in this grocery store they even offered me a ride home if I live local because I was taking an Uber since I've already called The Uber they were like next time when you spend this much money we will help you get home as a thank you for supporting small businesses I suppose well that's it this is your girl China y'all check me out on Instagram.. hobbschinesta78

Their oxtails are always good quality even if they cost a bit more then other places. I go here to stock up on seasonings, pastries and vegetables I want to chop up and freeze. Love this place every since they opened.

Woderful!...Anything you need....ethnic products Ann and moore....they have it....plus. excellent service...love BRAVO!

Loved it. In this neighborhood, I found many things that I couldn't get at other stores. The music was low, the restrooms clean, the organization and variety of products was impressive. At least this Bravo was worth it. (Not like others I've been to and never returned).

Love the food there

Everytime I go in to Bravo their very nice. I will give you a hint if you're interested. If you go up in the morning, they mark all of the meat that's due to expire as a managers special. I bring it home, freeze it and thaw it as I need it.

We had lunch there it was delicious a little salty but delicious. The store is always clean bright and your employees are friendly. I live closer to the one on Oakridge but your store is better in so many ways.

I came here for the produce. Absolutely wonderful! All the Spanish and West Indian produce I'm used to. Prices were great too, for the produce. I'm not sure about the other groceries.

Bravo's on Dillard Street to me has the best cooked foods. I have a experience where some people that serves the food into your to-go container can be light handed on the spoon so you just pay close attention to that light handed on the spoon to some than others so I guess it's all about the server but overall I asked for what I want and I get what I want and I pay for what I want
