Sam's Club

The fruit and vegetables at this Sam’s location are on point! My kids and I ate a whole 2 pound carton last night of the Driscoll strawberries from California. The special season Crimson Fall(?) plums are some of the best plums I have eaten in the last few years. Last, but not least, the Sunset Persian cucumbers are consistently the best Persian cucumbers that I have found in the Orlando area (note: the imported cucumbers from Mexico seems to have a tastier variety than those imported from Canada, but I eat both!)

Please let your Produce Selection Specialist know that he/she is doing a great job, and keep the delicious fresh fruit and veggie coming! I drive an hour each week just to get my produce from this location! Thanks to you, eating healthier is easier!!

Our family loves this place For many reasons, but mainly because of the cafe. It’s one of the only places that exists to get full and not break your wallet. The pizza is big an delicious and the sundae’s are to die for. I want to give a shout out to all of the wonderful ladies that are back there serving customers - they are always over burdened but always have a great attitude. It would cause stress for anyone with the lines and food that is ordered but they just plug away. Special shout out to Autumn for her kindness and service. Thank you ladies at Sam’s club - management please recognize not only how hard these ladies work but how well they work. If I ever win the lotto I’m coming to find and bless them

Ordering through the app is easy. Pickup usually takes a few minutes but is worth it.

Always clean and well stocked store. I prefer the Pine Hills store over the other stores.

Great location. Clean and always has stock. Employees are helpful and courteous.

It was busy. I found everything I was looking for and the scan and go mage checking out a breeze.

CJ in the meat department did very will in helping me find a great chunk of meat and was very helpful and nice

I especially love their Cafe with dollar hot dogs and $1.50 Pizza big slices! And now you can use scan and go at the cafe to avoid the long lines at the cashier. In the Sam's Club app go to the cafe link, order ahead or inside the store and pick it up at the counter much faster and more efficient.

I was shopping today at this location and had a great experience when employee Jose Mojica offered us his help since he saw us looking around the refrigerator section. When we told him, he immediately knew which product we were talking about and went to grab it from back stock since it was not on the sales floor at the moment. Great experience and great employee! However, I’m not super happy with the fact that a supervisor directed me to the website to do review and I couldn’t really find anywhere to write it. Employees like Jose deserve recognition, I hope management reads this!

This location is always well stocked .The staff is friendly and attentive.The store Is clean and there is plenty of shopping carts and parking.

It's Friday 4:00pm, it's the start of the long Labor Day weekend and the Meat sections are all empty! Items on specials are all gone (Baby Back Ribs, Chickens, Ground Beef...).
Talking to 1 employee, they have it in the fridge but no one can bring it out, another says it's sold out, come back tomorrow... Sam's losing a lot of business, where's the meat?
Just bump into a Manager (Jessica), "Are you guys really out of meat on a Friday night on the start of this Long labor Day weekend?"
She looked at the floor display, all empty, 2 workers in the back on their phones. She politely requested if we could wait a few minutes and she would get the 'baby back ribs' for us. So we waited...., within minutes, 5 employees were on the floor filling up the meat sections, and a few minutes later she came out with our Baby Back Ribs. Wow.... Thank you Jessica.

Saturday is probably not the best day to go to Sam’s. I am so glad for scan and go. The shelves were all stocked with everything we needed

Nice store checking out was not to bad on Monday at noonish . Cash , atm , credit , Sam's Club charge , and cash with exact change due to nation wide shortage . I had no negative experiences I have never been to this Sam's club but I look forward to returning when ever the need arises . Parking was plentiful and Handicap friendly with parking and wheel chair access . Special note the cashier's were very friendly and reached out to be personable I believe the store is a well oiled outfit motivated friendly staff well organized must be a great place to work I have to give five stars when things go so smoothly . I tried to think of anything I could scrutinize but to no avail I believe if you go here with buying what you need wear your mask like every person there did wait in line like a law abiding normal person you won't go viral on You Tube you won't go to jail and you will àlso give this place a five star rating .

Had a good shopping experience. I hadn't been here in a while as I didn't have a card and now I'm a member again. So I'll be making frequent trips there. A lot has changed since the last time I visited and the prices are good and even comparable to other stores. The cashier was great and friendly.
