AT&T Store

The employees Cristina and the gentleman that was with her helped us in everything. The gentleman attended so well all my husbands questions and Cristina also helped. Both very knowledgeable. I have never experienced such great and awesome customer service!! They are the best!! I would recommend all those I know to go to this store. Both of them were so professional . What I also loved was that the gentleman that helped my husband spoke Spanish so that was a plus. They both make a great team!! Wish all stores had employees like them!!

I love the new manager, his name is Tyrone ,at this location , he took his time to help me get a new phone and he also was very helpful with giving me more tips and advice on cellphone and fiber device. This is the best location in Orlando.

Came in without a phone and left with a iPhone 15 pro max shout out to Tyrone the best in the game at this location I promise you. You won’t be disappointed at all

They were amazing ! Absolutely perfect. They fixed my account while putting a smile on my face. Catalina, she assisted me with the number change and went so smoothly. Jaritza, did all my services with limited assistance. Angel the manager was absolutely wonderful and funny he helped me tremendously. Jose, gave me useful information about first net.

They were very patient with me. I felt that everything I asked for was accommodated. Very friendly customer service. They were pleasant and I would definitely send people to that store

Catalina was AWESOME! There was 3 works in the store being lazy but she was the first to speak and assisted me. I went to another location the day before that told me they couldn’t help but Catalina was able to do it with no problem. She is also very knowledgeable about AT&T and the system.

Jaritza and Jose were INCREDIBLE. So patient and kind while we were making our decision. Even after we left and came back they were so wonderful. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my husband we appreciate it more than you know!

These two need a promotion

Jose and Jaritza was very helpful, very professional, and very kind. I went to 4 different locations and they were the only ones to find a solution. Not to mention that this AT&T store close at 8pm and they both stayed until my matter was resolved. This are the type of individuals that makes AT&T as a whole look better. FYI I highly recommend the location on Lee rd in Orlando Florida.

Victor R was absolutely AMAZING! Very professional and extremely helpful. I asked him how long he has been with the company, and he told me only 4 months. I was astonished because he knew EXACTLY what he was doing, as if he had worked for another provider before. Excellent customer service! Very well pleased! I recommend this store to anyone who is looking to purchase a phone or switch providers. Ask for Victor ;)

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by the manager of the store John. Not only did he take care of my needs, he was personable and attentive. I’d highly recommend going to this store for all your cell phone,tv, and internet needs.

The service provided at store was great, meaning the representative give professional & valuable ideas based on my situation.
The phone had issues had to place a claim, resolved problem at the Apple Store, before returning to up grade to up iPhone.
Better phone, better service, & a better state of mind than a year ago. Word to the wise, don’t pass on the up grade pricing are incredible.

Matt was incredible with his customer service, he informed me on the best deal for me, and I was satisfied. Rob was also helpful, his attitude was uplifting and motivating to his peers.
Rob greeted me at the door and was also uplifting.
On my last visit he was very patient with me in setting up my HBO account.

Overall an amazing store and addition to the neighborhood.

Gio was Extremely helpful, AMAZING customer service. Not only was he knowledgeable in regards to all the products and services but he was sooo kind and polite. Super helpful, and he elevated my experience. I was planning to change to a different carrier but I am so please with my purchase and experience that I will continue to be a loyal AT&T customer.

I lost my phone last bn month it was an ordeal to re-establish verification w Apple due to multiple reasons that I could have prevented if I had known what I now know.
I walked to that ATT store on Lee RD and those guys were incredibly helpful in amortizing my frustration and eventually put me back on track.

Had a very pleasant experience at this store! Normally I dread the visit to my phone provider but the employee's working there are really knowledge-full and accommodating. Gian specifically helped me with my upgrade and was nothing less than kind and very helpful. Next time I'll definitely be going to this store and hopefully Gian will be there too! Store rep Victor was awesome. He was able to intently listen to our needs and identify a plan and solution to a simple problem we were having with T-Mobile. His knowledge of products and services allowed us to get a great plan within our budget, 3 new phones and a family of 5 that T-Mobile has just lost to ATT. 10/10
