AT&T Store

This store and employees are amazing! I have had an unbelievably hard time adding a line to my business plan for the last 5 months. Other stores, customer service on the phone and online had been no help. Today this store was able to complete my transaction. Thank you!

I went in on Christmas Eve with an overheating phone that I needed for travelling over the next few days. Needless to say, I was stressed. Cassidy was outstanding! She set me up with a new phone and transferred all the data in about an hour. Thank you to Cassidy, to her extensive knowledge and professionalism!

Amazing customer service and location! Sarah is amazing at what she does, HIGHLY recommend her and her store!

I went in this past Saturday at about 11am not that the time matters but walked in someone was sitting at the desk out on the display floor and he immediately asked how can I help you and I told him I’m looking to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T and he started the process to help me do the switch and this nice and polite lady walks out after he started helping and they both as a team worked on getting me switched over and any and all questions I had were answered and the whole process took maybe 45 mins a most and during that process they made conversation as well and I’ve never had a great experience in a phone carrier store like this one. There is a lot more I could say. I would highly recommend this carrier and store!

This store is very understaffed, my family and I went there today to upgrade a phone. I am giving a 5 star review because Adriana was the most professional, knowledgeable staff member at AT&T that I have ever dealt with. She was super pleasant, patient, not pushy and we got exactly what we needed. If not for Adriana’s amazing work ethic this store would be getting a 1 star review. Having 1 person staff a busy store like that is unacceptable! Thank you Adriana for your help!!

I had spent a considerable amount of time talking to tech support on the phone that wasn't fixing my situation. I googled the closest store near to where I was to find John who was simply fantastic in helping me navigate my problem. Problem solved through great in person customer service. Thank you, John.

Just flew into the US and needed a local SIM card to use for the next month. Oddly enough, there aren’t places to get these at Logan airport. Anyways, went here the next morning and Dan helped set my gf and I up with SIM cards. It was a process, but he was friendly and patient and had us walking out with a month of unlimited service. Just wanted to give him credit for doing a great job.

Adrianna has exceptional customer service. I was transferring service providers and all my questions were answered perfectly on point. I was also going from an android to an iPhone, which the transfer of content is not easy. She did not give up and got all of my pictures and content on to my new phone. She is very knowledgeable of pricing and product and gave exceptional insight on things to buy and not to buy. Adrianna also took time to show me a few things about the iPhone since this was my first one. Overall, absolutely great customer experience and I would highly recommend going to this AT&T store even if you are a current service subscriber or looking to transfer services.

I stopped by on Wednesday June 1st to activate my new Moto g100 phone, the gentleman who helped me was most pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt very accommodated and helped by a compassionate professional. Although I cannot remember his name I'm sure that the credit will go where it belongs!

I came in this afternoon. Jarod saw that my new phone hadn't finished transferring data despite notifications saying it was complete. This helped me immensely as I have apps for remote wotk(zoom, slack, etc..). He said it was nothing, but it meant a great deal to me to fix this before another work day 😊 A big thank you to Jarod for his help and support!

Felipe was very busy multitasking which I was impressed with. He helped a customer and while on hold helped another customer and then asked me what I needed. Went back to the first customer. He's surely an asset and never once did he complain. Very professional, respectful and kind. John also helped with customers

Moved our 4 phone family plan over to AT&T today, we were met by John who was awesome to deal with. He answered all of my questions and looked for opportunities to see if we qualified for any discounts. He explained the plans features and benefits to us and help with phone selection and accessories and installed them too. If you need a new phone or have any questions go see John he was awesome.

John did a very personable & professional job of setting up new phones for my wife & I in very short time. We came away very happy customers.

We stopped in because my cousins phone has been having some trouble charging, the manager working at the store (Eric) was extremely helpful in figuring out the issue and helping us to select a new charger. He was patient with us bringing a three year old into the store and he was very focused on helping us. Absolutely recommend this store!

I went to the AT&T Store to change my wife's phone service. We met with Sales Consultant Dan and had a very rewarding sales experience. He was meticulous in getting all the information that we needed to keep my wife's old phone number ;Excellent

I have tried all the phone carriers and AT&T has been the absolute best with service for my house in NH and Florida! I convinced my daughter to sign up and it was a wait but Dan was amazing! Completed everything with the transfer and multitasked with grace and knowledge and so much patience!! I do recommend AT&T !!

Andrew was very helpful and was able to get me into the right phone. Store was very clean and took care of cleaning everything down after every customer. With this virus interfering with business and our day to day activities they still took the time to make sure you where completely satisfied with your purchase. Thank you Andrew for your hard work.
