Sustain Natural Market

A coworker of mine suggested Sustain when I mentioned there were some new supplements I was looking to try.

I decided to stop by last week, and overall it was a wonderful experience. I was greeted by their older female cashier and asked if I needed help finding anything. She was very patient as I explained what I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products, and talked me through several options of supplements. I really appreciated her calm and kind demeanor. I ended up deciding on a few different options to try.

I even got to meet the owner briefly. He was extremely kind and also seemed to have a lot of knowledge to share. They both really helped make it a more genuine experience than other chain stores I’ve been to.

I loved what a great selection of products they had. I definitely will be returning on a day I have more time to explore. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of health and wellness items, and great customer service. Definitely a hidden gem!

I was visiting the area looking for a different store and noticed “Sustain” from the road which caught my eye. I made a u-turn to circle back and found a wonderful source of natural products of every type. Great selection of everything you could ever need in health and beauty. Also a great grocery selection. They also make nutritious smoothies. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which more than makes up for the lady at the register that so many here seemed to have an issue with. As far as the people that “can get it cheaper on Amazon” if you are more comfortable with Bezo’s making billions of dollars than supporting a small local business that has crazy rent, insurance, taxes, licenses and all that goes with a small business, may I just say wow!

This business is so wholesome I can't even stress how worth a stop it is.

They have a massive selection of organic products and every thing you can think of whether it be soap, natural ingredients, vegan workout powder, mushrooms, hemp, bang, tea, or even chocolate!

Soup, broth, noodles, more!! Yeah,I like to get lost in looking at everything.

The best place in Orlando to find all of your needs for natural foods, supplements, smoothies and a wide array of organic products. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly, Paul and Tracy always find time to answer questions.. My daughter struggles with anxiety has had a lot of success with products from here, the prices are fair and the quality is always excellent. Sometimes I stop in just for delicious smoothie or probiotic, ginger drink. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Highly recommend. Thank you Sustain Natural Market and Staff.

Always a pleasure to walk into Sustain for natural foods, drinks, and supplements. Some of these products are niche and hard to come by. They have a large amount of vegan and vegetarian items as well as smoothies and juices. Paul is a wealth of knowledge. If you have ailments, I'm confident that he can point you in the right direction. He is up to date with studies and helps you to get back into balance. I would recommend anyone who cares about their health to visit Sustain.

I have been shopping here since it opened about 14 years ago… The owner is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help you determine your best options. He has helped me unmeasurably and I could go on for a long time but I’ll cut this short and just let you know that he’s very knowledgeable very cordial and very well equipped at that store so that’s three reasons why I go there and I hope that other people will, also, Dyana

This is a Apopka staple when it comes to natural / organic living it’s like a market and pharmacy in one! We have shopped here for more then a decade and always have helpful pleasant experiences! Definitely recommend, staff is knowledgeable and if they aren’t able to help you they always point you in the right direction!

I have been shopping at Sustain Natural Market for many years, AND I drive 2 hours from St Petersburg FL just because they are that amazing!! The owners Paul and Tammy have such a strong knowledge base of supplements and ingredients, they keep me fit, healthy and happy!

The staff are always so helpful and kind, I am perplexed at the 1 star google reviews, maybe it's more about the shopper - not the staff, we do create our own reality by the choices we make, maybe change your attitude and create the experience you want and deserve... just saying.

The environment is peaceful and chill, I love that they are always playing Regge music, brilliant touch! Cannot say enough GREAT things about Sustain, do yourself a favor and shop here!! They will change your life for the better, they did mine :)

I just want to give a big shoutout to Paul and Tammy to let them and everyone else know, my experience with Sustain. I trust every product there because I know the time and research behind it. This market is well stocked and the personal shopping experience is like no other. The knowledge of the staff with there products, understanding my needs and directing me to an all natural solution. What a gem to discover! The owner Paul is an expert in all things health. He was willing to talk with me and share helpful advice for my recent auto immune issues. He’s friendly and patient and willing to serve others. I will certainly make the drive again to find the products I love… and new ones too. Thanks again for making my shopping so pleasant.

It’s been over six months I have been shopping here. And I can say I have never had another store been more true to their words. The products are amazing, works well and pricing is good. I have and will continue to recommend this store to anyone who wants the real deal. I wish I could give them more stars.

I recently shopped at this store for the first time. I found an excellent selection, with excellent prices, and received excellent service.

We love this place and love supporting local small businesses! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and I have witnessed him spend adequate time with his shoppers to ensure they are finding what they need or to further understand their health concerns to suggest the right products for them. Don’t skip over this place. You won’t get this kind of attention at big box stores.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Sustain! For the last 12 years they’ve helped keep me healthy including through a very healthy & smooth pregnancy to helping ensure my son keeps & stays healthy along with me <3. We love the selection of healthy foods for snacks & meals, and getting ideas for healthier options & solid advise from the owners & employees for our best health. Here’s to Sustaining our long-term health in the best possible way!

Over the past 3 years I’ve been going here, the employees are more like family to me now, the manager is the chillest dude ever, he is very welcoming and recommends the best!
