Located right next to Lake Eustis this restaurant has great sandwiches, fried chicken, french fries and tater tots. In my opinion they have the best club sandwich I have ever eaten. They offer generous portions, and the wait staff is always friendly!

Awesome food at very reasonable prices. Friendly attentive staff. You can choose to dine inside or out on the spacious porch. TV's to watch your favorite game inside or if you are dinning outside. Try the fried pickle slices and onion straws for an appetizer.

The fish on Fridays..amazing! So good! Flaky & fresh. I loved the coleslaw too.
The bartender Thamika was a vibe! So sweet..gave great suggestions. Fast & good service. Will definitely go back!

We came in right before they were closing and the staff was still very personable not bothered at all. The food was terrific. We all had wings different flavors and thoroughly enjoyed them.

Finally got around to giving this place a shot. Let me tell you, food was fantastic had the special swordfish one word WOW 👏 just so good with broccoli and Mac & cheese onion straws delicious. Also had Linguini Alfredo with shrimp the best. Our server Nicole was on point with her suggestions. Thank you Nicole.
Worth every penny.

A fun, quirky old style restaurant (they even write your order on a pad!) Serving up excellent bites and we'll crafted cocktails. Be aware the beer list is rather thin with no IPAs offered. The staff is friendly providing excellent service! We will return!!

This place exceeded my expectations. The gator bites were delicious. The french fries were yummy and the wings were amazing. I ordered 10 wings and thought to myself in gonna be hungry after them and then after 5 i was soo full. I really enjoy this place. Especially eating outside and seeing the sunset. Its a must go to place for sure!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch and had the Reuben with Tots and a Fish & Chip basket. Both were excellent and good sized portions. Wait staff was friendly and on efficient. Will definately return and recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. I've eaten there many, many times, tried all kinds of different menu items and was never disappointed. Their Friday fish fry is the best. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset on the lake can't be beat.

Shrimp was great. Fried and lightly blackened.
Burger was good
Scallops were ok.
Onion straws and petal sauce was really good.
Mac and cheese great.
Server was great. Food took linger than expected with only 3 tables in restaurant but we don't know how many were at the bar.
Price pretty good for what you get.
We will be back for sure

Excellent fried fish “sandwich” that is really too big to be a sandwich. The fish was perfectly seasoned, battered, and fried. True southern excellence.

My experience at Crazy Gator was great. The moment I walked in I was greeted my the server. I was told to sit where I wanted. I sat by a window because it's a lakefront restaurant. She was very polite and fast. She took my order and asked detailed information to get my order right. I ordered the Garlic Parm wings which she suggested. They were excellent. I also ordered a burger. It was just as good. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the other customers are very friendly too. The staff works very well together to make sure everyone is taking care of. Their prices is very reasonable. My burger was $8.99 with a side and the wings $10.99 for 10.They also offer all you can eat fish o Fridays for $10.99.I will be going back soon.

We came here waiting for a boat tour while staying in Mt. Dora. Was a short 15 min drive from downtown Mt. Dora. Dive bar on the water with indoor and outdoor seating. Mostly locals. Food was really good. Drinks strong. We had 2 for one margaritas at 6$ for 2. Whoo hoo! Fried mushrooms with the sauce were absolutely delicious. Chips and salsa with queso were also good, the queso was perfectly spicy. Scallop basket and famous fried fish sandwich were both very filling and very good. Great spot to eat and drink on the water.

Best food ever and best waitress Reighn was her name . After leaving another restaurant we happen to just come here and wow it was great.

Food was excellent and they did rush us out. We had 3 parties coming from all directions an hour away and didn't feel pressure to leave.

Loved this place. We had a great server, and the special was all you could eat fried haddock. Light batter, fresh, delicious! We say outside and experienced a beautiful sunset on Lake Eustis and the lake walk. Inside is a full restaurant and bar area. Would recommend.

Food was fantastic. The waitress was friendly and professional. She made our night with interesting conversation. The price was reasonable for a party of three for dinner, drinks and dessert.

Cool place, great food. On patio, you get a great breeze and view of the lake.
