Fantastic customer service!! Right as we came in we were greeted by a super nice, friendly employee who told us about the deals in the store. When I say genuine I’m talking about a feeling he sincerely was interested in just being helpful.
My husband and I were looking for some clothes for our 15yr old son for Christmas. We had a general idea what brands and styles he likes but it must’ve been a bit obvious we were a little unsure. The guy who greeted us picked up on it and asked us a few questions and, boom!, like Google Search” we had a slew of options!
Each of the employees were just as helpful and genuine all the way to check out. Thanks so much Zumiez 2pm crew!!

Zumiez is lit. Picked up some nice shirts here. Definitely gonna swing by again to get a board here after the mish. Although they probably have zumiez at home. We'll see I guess. Got some funny looks. I don't think people expect missionaries to be here

I took my 8 & 10 year olds in for new decks & some parts. The staff was great, helping us make choices on size, durability, & assembling it all very quickly which is great for a Mom who has no clue how to do those things. I appreciated the kindness of staff with my littles & will definitely be back!

I come to this location a lot and I've always had a good experience. Sometimes they are pretty busy but once it was my turn they have been very helpful. Going out of their way to bring my kids stickers makes a great experience for them too so it's easier to shop.

Came in today 07/27/16 and I do not know the associates name that was working but he had light brown hair, facial hair, Caucasian, and one arm had a sleeve tattoo in black. Anyways, he was AWESOME! I felt like I was just talking to one of my buddies. He was chill but at the same time super helpful with any questions I had. He definitely deserves some recognition and I will be coming back to that location just because of the amazing experience I had!!!

The customer service I have received at this location over the last few months has been great. The Matix pants I bought have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects and I was able to bring them in and get them replaced at no charge twice. The first time they still had the pants in the store but the second time they did not so they actually ordered some online and shipped them to my house.

Awesome customer service. Keep it up.

Good selection of Van's and nice prices. Cheaper than a couple of other stories at the Outlets including the Van's outlet. My daughter was stoked to find a pair of Van's slip-on she lives. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

They are always really nice to us. We built a skateboard there for our daughter last year and it's holding up great with her sisters all messing with it too. We also went in and had my daughter try on a bunch of helmets for derby tonight, and even though she never decided on one, the young woman helping us was so sweet. She ran back and forth for every change in size and style. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a direct shout out. I'll just have to call and tell her manager. :). We always trust the folks there when we need something skate related and know that they know what they're talking about.

The reviews for this store are hilarious! First if this store isn’t your style, or you expected it to be the same that it was 10-15 years ago when you were cool ... why leave a review? Second you got some pearls saying they hate that employees asked them or kept trying to help .. yet others complaining that no one helped them or said anything ... can’t have it both ways! Next ... they sell the same companies skateboards, shoes, clothing that any other skate shop or store sells ... so buying it somewhere else isn’t going to make it magically last longer or be better quality! Foolish people.

Here is a real review ... zumiez trains their employees to say hello to everyone and ask them if they can help, sometimes you get it from 1-3 people so that can get a little annoying if you are feeling antisocial. But hellos are better then the silent treatment making you feel a little awkward asking for help. Every time I have been here they have been super nice and willing to help! Zumiez is also all about trends and do a very good job following the trends and trying to stay on top of the ever changing market. Which unfortunately usually makes the prices peak, so if you are looking for the latest thing they will have it, but you will have to pay. Not everyone like every trend but they have a good variety and try to stay as true as possible to their roots.

I will say I works for zumiez for quite a long time ... but haven’t been back in 10plus years! I am happy to see they are staying true while still staying relevant. Unfortunately in this type of store you ultimately have to hire teenagers and train them to at least care a little about working. But sometimes you get moody ones, dramatic ones, and of course lazy ones ... but you can’t blame zumiez for the state of our youth these days, we are to blame!

Didn’t catch his name, but was helped by this locations retail manager. Did a great job at helping me find what I needed. Always a plus when you go to a store where the person helping you is happy and will go above and beyond to help you! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

Nick was so nice! Good change of pace for this store. Just wondering why one of the employees kept walking in and out on a busy day. Could have used her help.

I always buy my shoes from Zumiez, they are expensive but they have a really great quality but I feel like other places don’t. I wish that they were not so expensive but you are paying for a quality brand. You can get basically the same white vans from ASOS for $20 but they are not fitted as good at all.

The people that work here are so incredibly nice and helpful! I had a ton of annoying questions and I needed help with some things and they were all super cool. And I love the clothes🤘🏼

Littlerally my favorite Zumiez. This one is like 45 minutes from my house, and yeah there is one closer, but the staff is always so nice and the store is organized. It's my fav :)
