The UPS Store

This was my best experience with the UPS store. I wanted to thank Santos for his wonderful service. He’s super friendly, fast and cooperative. He is multifunctional and takes care of all the customers ASAP.

Yesterday i met Monica, and she was so wonderful. I typically hate going to the UPS store because there's always a line and not the best customer service, but she made my day. She was so kind and helpful and I will be going back to this location because of her.

I'm thrilled to have this new UPS store so nearby. (I live above the del Norte BART station.) The service is incredible. Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I've been going in since they first opened up and have always been happy with the wonderful customer service from everyone. They go out of there way to be helpful and best part I feel is it's never busy like other ones since still relatively new and not many people know of this one.

I wanted to thank the UPS store on 11461 San Pablo Avenue for their wonderful service, and especially to the manager Rajan Thapa. I visited multiple UPS store locations to get my fingerprints done for a new job, and was unsuccessful at the other locations due to the scanner not functioning. Rajan went above and beyond to help, and made sure he did all possible to assist in order for me to get this done. 5 star service!

If I could give ten stars for my experience here, I absolutely would. Thank you to Rajan and Monica for their super-friendly and thoughtful consideration in helping me pack and ship several large items (surfboards, a bicycle, other household goods) to Hawaii. They came up with inventive packing solutions in order for me to save money and patiently waited for me to return twice in order to fill one of my boxes to make it even more cost-efficient. There's definitely a reason why this UPS Store has five stars while others in the area barely average three. The trustworthy service here is reason alone to make this my go-to shipping place and I'll be happy to return to Rajan and Monica in the future. Thank you both for your professional expertise, it was much appreciated in a moving situation that was starting to become overwhelming. What a relief!

I have been here three times- to ship art work overseas and to do a bunch of returns. Each time the service has been stellar. I almost look forward to my trips there! I am so glad they opened this location (near PetFood Express, Safeway and a gas station, so I can fulfill multiple errands at once!

I do all my shipping through this store. They are warm, friendly and get the job done. The store is neat and clean. Great place!

I recommend rajan and his coworker. Fast and good customer service. If you need someone to pack fragile gadgets go to this store. They are good at what they do.
