Do not order from this company. Read the refund policy closely! I ordered shoes over a month ago and only received a partial order. I have not yet received the last pair of shoes. When I emailed the company, they told me there was a delay in their process. The shoes were very uncomfortable, the materials are very stiff. They do not offer a return policy and only a partial refund. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered shoes from this site. First off when I received the shipment the shoes looked like a pair of clown 🤡 shoes, second they were too small. If I could I'd rate them at less than 1 ⭐and from what I'm reading the chances of me getting a refund are slim to none.

I still have not received the shoes that I ordered a week ago and when I tried to contact customer support about cancellation or a refund, I was told that refunds are not available unless the item is defective and a video is required. The return/ exchange policy is so stringent, and it takes way too long for the items to arrive. I’ll never do business with this company again.

This company is terrible!! Their sizes are way off than any other shoe in the world. I ordered what was supposed to be a size 9 and a 6-7 showed up. It was so small I couldn’t put my foot it it. When I tried to get them replaced, the company told me I either have to pay to ship them back or I can get a 30% refund. So I have to pay to get the shoes back to them and they only will give me 30% back…. So I get nothing back.

They also shipped the shoes without a box.

This is absolutely garbage of a business. It is theft and they are liars. You will not get the size you order and it will be weird false European sizes on the shoe. It doesn’t even say size 9 anywhere on the shows they sold as a 9.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau

If I could give them A zero I would. Sandals were very cheaply made. The adjustable strap in the front showed all the white Velcro. Now they told me in an email if you don’t exchange them they only give you back 25%. Do not order from them.

They sent me the wrong size. I provided them with pictorial proof over two weeks ago. They have stopped responding to any of my queries. I am so sorry I didn’t check earlier reviews. I would never have done business with this company and I urge others to avoid this company altogether.

This site is a scam never received any items. Customer service number is only a recording. Please do not waste your money!!!

Lousy! Do not shop with this Delaware shell company of China. You do not get quality and it takes forever.

Sent me the wrong size shoe, it was very difficult any getting them to help. They changed the sizing information on their website for the particular shoe after I showed them a snap shot of the picture I took of the sizing from when I ordered the shoe.
