I like to give credit where credit is due! Today my son and I came across probably the best gamestop employee EVER! Noel! He deserves more than a "Prestige" name tag! A million pats on the back and even more "THANK YOU"s!!! He did his absolute best in customer service! I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me and make sure I was happy with the outcome. We are beyond grateful for the help and most of all the sincere concern for customer satisfaction! I haven't found a location that I didn't enjoy. If you love gaming, anime, gods, super heroes, or the occasional random little monster; GameStop is the place to go. They name a massive selection of gaming systems, accessories, and games. You can find trinkets, clothing items, bags, figurines, and so many other collections here that you can lose time in this establishment just taking in the sights, even more time trying to decide, and yet more time having detailed conversations with the knowledge employees selected to assist you. I say that's time well spent! Stop in and pay them a visit. It doesn't matter if you're a recreational explorer, hard core seeker of the exceptional, just flirting with gaming, or make in love with it. All are welcome at GameStop.

My Grandson wanted the new Jedi game for his X Box 1 so series, he seen the game grabbed it, we bought it, got it home and it was for a different X Box 1, 😪 HE was so heartbroken, it was memorial weekend so we had to wait until Tuesday to return it, we went on Tuesday, there was a young gentleman named Nick working, HE WAS AWESOME!!!! Very Helpful!!! Polite and very informative. I will definitely return to this location, the employees are very polite and try to get you taken care of as fast as possible, without making you feel like helping is a inconvenience. So I Give 10 stars, but Google only allows 5🤣🤣🤣 if you shop there you know this is true. And if you had Nick as your customer service guy, your shopping experience was probably AWESOME!!!

I'm not a gamer but my stepson is so I purchase a lot of game equipment, love the membership deals and warranty is unbeatable, always enjoy looking around, and they even had a Mario hat which I now own!😁

The two people who were working today (9/7/2020) were absolutely amazing!! They were courteous when I forgot my ID and welcomed me back once I returned. One of the cashiers talked to me about their favorite video games and animes. The second cashier (who I think? Might be the manager) came and chatted with us too. Today was a really great experience and I’m very thankful that this location is so well staffed.

Blake, I think it was, was a great help to looking for some items in store and helped me use my coupon. Thanks for being a great employee and remembering me, made me feel special. Nice, clean, friendly store! Love the Darkness Ablaze packs

The guys who work here are so friendly and seem to LOVE what they do. They also are very helpful with information. I didn't know what choice to make on a gift for my daughter and 2 gentleman went out of their way to inform me and I easily made my decision afterwards. Great place to go.

Marcus is a great guy. I dont know him personally but the few times ive been in the store he's always there and always upbeat. He's knowledgeable and seems to enjoy what he does. Sometimes I overhear the conversations he has with customers that are and the value he adds is just awesome. The guy deserves a raise and brings alot of value to the store.

Marcus is awesome. The rest of the staff is great as well. But Marcus is knowledgeable and helpful beyond compare. Again everyone there is awesome but Marcus always seperates himself from them with knowledge you wouldn't expect a person to have and ideas to help you make a better decision when making a purchase.

I don’t have to come to GameStop much but when I have over the last couple years Marcus has always helped me. He is always awesome and so helpful. Soooo nice. I have never left a review before he just deserves the recognition.

I don't come in here as often as I should. This specific gamestop is great. I brought a few games in trade and got more than expected. I also was able to put the money towards new games on a great promo. The people working here are smart, love video games and know what they are talking about.
