I would like to take a moment to recognize your sales associate at your Burton location name Tracey C. She was sensational! My son & I stopped in to look for suits for his upcoming winter dance, Tracey went above & beyond to help us find the right Suits in his size, she was very friendly, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable & extremely helpful, My 16 year old said to me wow mom she took her time & actually helped us we never have had that kind of help at a store before, He was absolutely right ! Tracey C was absolutely amazing! I wanted to leave this review in hopes management sees this ! I hope they know what kind of employee they have. Thank you Tracey C for all your help !

They always have great deals, i got a wwe shirt for $11.99. Also, I got my gf some super soft and warm socks and gloves. The staff were kind and friendly.

We went to pick up an online order and hadn't been here before (we're from out of town). It was surprisingly well stocked for a medium sized JP Penney!

I love getting my eyebrows waxed from here! They are always so nice, and provide great customer service!

To the Associate at the Jewelry counter tonight that had just punched out for the night, but still helped me quickly get a pair of diamond earrings while my wife was trying on clothes. You are amazing. Thank you for staying and helping me, and getting me cashed out quickly. We always have the best luck with purchases and employees at this location.

Penny's is an icon they had great sales during my visit. Christmas items were marked way down and every aisle was open. Great service

This store is wonderful! I went there to apply for a Penney's credit card and rewards, because another store such as Penney's my card had been hacked! Christina took wonderful care of me. Still waiting to see if we can get our fraud issue taken care be of and and shop freely for our holiday season. Beautiful store organized well stocked, go shop.

The lady that was our cashier was so sweet kind and patient. Hardly something you find in retail today. I was with my elderly parents, my mom in a wheelchair and my dad was doing the shopping. She helped him open a Penny's charge, get him set up on the rewards program and then helped him make the payment to his charge after the transaction. She was genuinely helpful. Very much appreciated!

Wow what a friendly and nice store. The cashier's we're very nice and helpful. I would rate this at one of my top 5 customer service experience. Our cashier ,Tirara was super friendly and very helpful. Her supervisor was also great. They were both great.

Very clean, organized. Great sales. The lady that helped me was just wonderful. I wish I had her name to give recognition... I definitely see myself going back there. Better then the mall JCPenney.
